Wendy's — Restaurant in Columbus

This location always has the friendliest staff in the mornings and evenings. They are not short with you or trying to force you to hurry your order, and even remember you if your a regular. My family and I go out of our way to come to this location just for the friendly service. That's in the drive through and the dining area.

The food is always good quality and we are even able to order our favorite burgers for our kids that isnt officially on the menu ( cheesy cheddar burger), and if we are in the drive through, they recognize us right away just based off of our order and always go out of their way to be friendly and ask how we are doing. This is the kind of service that restraints are losing on a daily basis. It doesnt hurt to be kind and listen to a customer. It goes a long way as far as service goes and the workers here know that whole heartedly...we appreciate the staff very much and usually recommend this location to people who have had...

I was in the lobby ordering our to go food and the manager, Tiffany, was irate with a customer at the drive through window and scared my children. Was very loud and making comments that made my child question if we were safe.

I asked the teller if everything was ok and he said there was wrong orders in the drive through and not to worry about it.

I said,"wow, where's your manager, that person is being very rude." That's when the teller said it WAS the manager.

I was leaning to see her name plate and she asked me if I had a problem. Kinda confrontational. That really made my little guy upset.

The teller who helped me was Kevin and he was really nice and even said hi to my child. Friendly guy...but...

Maybe need to skip this Wendy's for one...

Great Wendy's! Food is always hot and ready to go quickly! Edit: The short woman running the drive-thru at 11:30pm on 10/5 was completely rude to me as she took my order and it was for no reason whatsoever. The day shift employees at this particular location, however, are always nice and the food is always fresh and hot. I understand the frustrations of working weekend nights but there's no need to take those frustrations out on unsuspecting customers. I ended up just driving off and not paying for my food, which is the first time I've ever had to do this at...
