McDonald's — Restaurant in Concord

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The employees from the person taking the order to the manager was rude. They didn't say when your order was complete they just left it sitting on the counter, and when asked for sauce for the chicken nuggets it took the employee a while to get the sauce. When asked about the new sause that is in the picture of the chicken tenders meal the employee didn't know what the sause was and seemed to have an attitude that we even asked about the sauce. In the middle of my family and I sitting down to eat our meal the manager locks the front door from the outside and then closes the gate to get to the gas station part and didnt say anything to anyone. As one of the managers was unloading the trash by the front door people were outside trying to get in and the manager didn't even look at them or say anything to them just ignored them. One family that came in the dad and son had to use the restroom and had to out the front door and around to the gas station part and then the manager wouldn't let them back in. One customer opened the gate and another employee went to close the gate and said "I am not doing this today," and closed the gate. The bathrooms were terrible and needed to be cleaned one soap dispenser wasn't even on the wall and the other one was out of soap with a big bottle of soap just sitting on the counter. The sitting area looked unclean with straw wrappera and food droppings. We even had to wipe the table and chairs a little bit to even sit...

This McDonald's is by far the worst food establishment I have ever been to. I have given this place countless opportunities to do better but it's only gotten worse. Not only is the order literally ALWAYS WRONG, the employees are excruciatingly lazy, rude and uncaring. I went 2 straight nights recently. The first night there was an employee outside smoking. I asked her if they were still open, she said yes but since she was the only one their who could take my order, I couldn't be served for another 20 minutes or so since she was on break (just absolutely pathetic). The next night I went, I sat at the drive-thru speaker for at least 5 minutes before an employee even acknowledged I was there. When I was finally asked to give my order, I heard mumbling and even laughing in the background the whole time I was trying to give the order. When I pulled up to the first window, the cashier seemed dazed and under the influence. Of course they got my order way wrong, when I asked for it to be corrected they said they could not do anything because there was no manager still on location. This is an absolutely pathetic excuse for a business, they will literally hire anything that walks or moves. The ONLY reason they have not gone out of business a long time ago is because their name is McDonald's. I would rather eat dog food than to go back...

Why in the world do you have people pull forwards when there is no one behind them? Second why do I have to pull forwards for you to make two milkshakes? The people at the window said “well we have a timer, and it is the company policy you have to pull forwards.” Well why doesn’t pulling forward have a timer? Doesn’t seem like it. Each time I’ve pulled forwards it’s as though you forgot about me. It appears that u are side stepping a system of time which needs some work. Customers go to the drive thru to save time not to pull forward and wait, because your timer system is flawed. Because of your terrible timer system you create bad customer service due to customers like me who get upset over pulling forward for no reason what so ever. During the 13 minute argument with your arrogant mgr they could have made my shakes and I could have been on my way. But instead they want to pull the power card trying to force me to pull forward. This also failed. It ended with me getting my money back and free food which I put right into the garbage can, Terrible in fear of what your workers did to the items. Your night crew at the drive through window are the most disrespectful and Arrogant people I’ve ever come across.
