Good morning, Jeremy, I started going to the Goffstown Nadeau's back in 1984 when I lived in Manchester. Over the past 41 years we make a trip to our nearest Nadeau's generally the Goffstown location. We drive over an hour from the Lake Sunapee region to go to the closest Nadeau's for our "treat/date night" to enjoy your sub's. We spend over $100 bucks when we go there. We were extremely excited when your new Concord location opened up. Back in December we made our first visit to that location. It was very busy and the 2 guys that were working together did exceptionally well to get everybody's order done. Yesterday we decided to go out to your Concord location. We made our trip down to Concord from Newport. I called our order in. Right from the start the female was laughing and joking. I repeated my name 3 times and spelled it out for her. When I order, I list the order clearly as to not get it wrong. I ordered 6 large cube steaks, salt/pepper, XXX mayo, toasted and a large order of waffle fries. Then another large cube steak with grilled mushrooms, mayo, and toasted and a medium order of onions rings. The whole time she wasn't paying attention... laughing and joking. I repeated the order a few times. She said it would be ready in 30 minutes. No big deal. We get there ...walked in and she asked for the name on the order. I said my name and said the order for 7 steak/cheese. She is still laughing and joking (to what I don't know). As they were finishing up our order more customers were coming in, they too were watching her with puzzled faces. Any way we pay for our order we saw we got 7 steak and cheese, Frys and onion rings. So we left and headed home up 89. As we were eating our fry's and onion rings. My wife took out a couple subs and none of them were marked. We opened them up and they were ALL wrong. We got 7 Philley steak and cheese, 6 of them had grilled peppers which I didn't ask for. We pulled over and looked at the receipts and saw that she got my name wrong and the whole order wrong. I'm pretty sure that it was our order because not many people order 7 steak/cheese subs this way. Yes, it's my fault for not verifying our order before we left. However, I have never had to before. I have visited this location many times since they opened. Never had a bad meal. Today however, it was not the same. Ordered a small steak and cheese and it was ready promptly. Within 5 mins., I unwrapped it and the wrapper was filled with juice. Glad I didn’t wait any longer, the bread would have been too soggy to eat. My first bite was met with a giant piece of grizzle! In the 40+ years of eating Nadeaus subs, I have never had one bite of fat! It was disgusting and when I spit it out, the grizzle was visible! After that, there was only one bite that I did NOT have to spit back out! I couldn’t believe it. At 3/4’s of the sandwich I gave up, wrapped it up and threw it out. They were lucky I chose not to eat in the restaurant as I would have walked right up to the counter and asked for my money back! I am so surprised and shocked! Not you too Nadeaus! Cheap meat and not well trimmed at all! Shame on you! I will not be going to this...
