Arby's — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

EDIT #2 Oct 2023 I still keep giving them another chance. Thought I'd try the cheesesteak. Told me it'd be a few minutes so I figured they were preparing it fresh. I had an 8 minute drive home, opened the sandwich and it was completely COLD! Not just cooled off but COLD the whole way through. Apparently they were defrosting, not preparing. Scraped off the insides to heat in the microwave but didn't want to for very long so the meat wouldn't be overcooked. The meat was in squares, and it appeared to be liquid cheese poured on rather than real cheese melted. Arby's is not the place for a cheesesteak.

Edit June 2023 : wishing I could change the star from 3 to 1.. as you can see I'm still giving them a chance. Pulled in 11:40ish-am no one was ahead of me in line, only two cars in the parking lot. When I was waiting at the window, two vehicles came behind me so they asked me to pull up. I'm figuring they're maybe waiting on curly fries, but when I got my bag nearly 10 minutes later the fries were barely warm, which I didn't realize until I had driven off the property. Had a short 8 minute drive home and unwrapped my gyro to find out it was just barely warm, with less meat than I remember. No excuse for my wait if you're going to give me cold food. It's almost like somebody ordered online and didn't pick it up so they gave it to me. And The last gyro I had here a few weeks ago the meat was dry and hard.

Went thru the drive-thru but had 2 pull up and wait through three songs on the radio. It's Friday during Lent... Seriously?... You don't have enough fish ready...

Stopped in to grab a quick bite, checked the sign on the door before entering. We walked in at 7:54pm. The door sign said dine in was open until 9. We placed our order, cashier asked if it was dine in, we said yes and she rang it up accordingly. We are getting our drinks while waiting on our food and the cashier comes to the counter and says our lobby closed at 8. I said excuse me? She said the manager said the lobby is closed. I said the sign says nine? And you asked if we were dining in. She said I don't know, that's what my manager said and pointed to her headset. I said well then I guess put our food in a bag. We waited a few minutes and she came out with our bag. I again asked why the lobby closed at 8 and that the sign said 9 and she said thats what my manager said - again pointing to the headset. We would have gone elsewhere had we known. We were in the middle of moving and just wanted to be able to sit down and eat somewhere...

5 mins to even be acknowledged, then another 5 for someone to take my order. The manager took the order, specifically asked for large didn't get it. Was told it would be a few minutes because the chicken is cooked to order, ok I'm fine with that. 15 mins later I finally got my food after everything set ont he counter in bag. Everything was cold including the sandwich that was supposedly cooked to order. In the middle of an inspection & they are ignoring customers and making them w a it 15min. Then on top of that the cook trying to tell her that buns are sticking in the toaster & her response was " Not today, I just don't care". Maybe owners need to find...
