Denny's — Restaurant in Spring Valley

Wow so I'm sitting here now. There is literally nobody here which I love. We are the only table. BUT that being said I ordered a grand slamwich and other person ordered a breakfast plate. She came back to ask me what I ordered again then she came back after and said it comes with eggs how do I want them but I knew it wasn't right so she comes back later and says sorry it doesn't come with them. When coffee ran out she asked if we wanted more then said I'll be right back with that and never came back. The other person told them they didn't want the pancakes they wanted French toast and the plate they ordered comes with regular toast on the side. She shows up with no toast on the plate and 2 orders of pancakes!! So we try to explain we asked for French toast and then the plate has regular toast so she goes back and orders 2 servings of French toast. I'm normally not picky and I understand things happen sometimes but I had to leave this review because we were literally the ONLY table in the whole place. She was nice but had no clue what was going on. They didn't even know what went on the plate we ordered. It...

This place to me was peace🦋 and serenity to me. We were having a hard day, and when we walked in the, person who helped us her name was Alma🧡 she was warm and welcoming 🌻and she went above and beyond to make sure that we were okay, she provided us with kindness a time that we really needed it, she made the difference.

I actually suffer from a condition where I struggle to be to be okay in public, I don't want to go into details about myself.

Just know that Alma made me feel so comfortable, that we will come back there anytime. We will recommend that Denny's because of Alma, she is the difference, the way that she treats her customers, makes the difference, she's 🤗 certainly is a gem 💎.
