Went through the drive-thru to order a baked potato amongst other things. We could barely hear the lady over the banging noise coming out of the speaker. Lady kept demanding (yes, demanding) over the nolse to know which one. ??? We've ordered many baked potatoes from Wendy's and have never been asked which one. We kept telling her a BAKED POTATO with sour cream and chives to which she finally said, "ok, the chive and sour cream."
When we pulled around I told her 2e kept hearing loud banging from the speaker and she brushed it off as it being installed since the 60s. Poof Everything was better. /s
Instead of a potato we got served a piece of leather and milk labeled as sour cream. If I had sour cream like that at home I'd toss it.
While waiting for our "food" the lady was talking over her shoulder about shredded or melted cheese for another customer. I don't remember exactly what they said about her (the customer) but it didn't seem too flattering and they finally decided to just put both types of cheese on whatever the customer ordered.

Read moreHe went in a road trip down the coast. So we were tourists that day. We don't have a Wendy's at home so went to this one. A lot has changed since the last we went. Fries are not square and not the flavor I remember. The cheese sauce was watery and not much was on my potato, CHEESE & bacon order. Was watery not oily. Need to be clear on that. The customer service was questionable and needs some work. Granted that they are you g and most likely short handed just like every ace else in the U.S. and was the end of the day so probably burnt out and ready to go home. The girl taking orders at the drive through was pushy and was trying to rush us even with no other car behind us. She was not paying attention to our order even after repeatedly asking if there was 'anything else' this was blunt due to the long silence and the order and the lake of a answer when we asked a question plus the order was not correct. Even with the excuses I've given there is still the fact that ' Customer Service ' is super important when working at a customer service job. Credit to the young manager who was obviously irritated. Read moreHispanic lady working last night was very conabtive. We were sent away because they turned their fryers off early and told us to come back in 30 minutes. We had done a mobile order that they marked as complete so we were also unable to cancel/refund the order at this point. Once we returned nobody answered the drive thru, we eventually got sick of waiting and went to the window. She handed us food immediately and we asked if it was just made fresh and she said yes. We drove away and examined the food only to find it's all quite cold and had clearly been sitting a while. We revisited after looping the block and the Hispanic lady working at night on 01/28 was extremely combative and arguing that the food was fresh then blamed us for not showing up earlier when they sent us away. We had asked for a manager/refund and she said it wasn't possible and to deal with the app (which she hit the thing to prevent that from being am option). They reluctantly remade our food which when we got home was actually still an incorrect order at that point but we had given up. Waiting for a response from corporate wendys but this worker should be fired as she has no work ethic, responsibility, or respect...
