1st time here to try the Pho. When I went it was pretty busy but I found a seat at the front window looking out at the parking lot. The window is tinted so you can see out but people can't see in. Made for an interesting lunch.(inside picture was after most people had left after their lunch but like I said, place was packed when I arrived, so plan accordingly)

Ordered Pho with just the rare beef. Accoutrements came with the bean sprouts lime and basil. Had to ask for some sliced jalapeno as that was missing... but the waitress went back into the kitchen and brought out a nice small portion from the chef.

I enjoyed it. The broth was tasty and there was a nice portion of beef. I'll definitely be back. The service was very good (especially for how busy they were)

No liquor license yet but they said that's in the works. If you like soups the ingredients were fresh and I think you'd enjoy it. Highly recommend.

Edit 6/28/24 = They now have their liquor license! and my Pho meal is complete. I tried the raw beef and brisket this time and it was awesome. Asked for sliced jalapenos and extra basil. The waitress was very good and I can't recommend this place enough. Very diverse menu as well. Bravo. One of...

My boyfriend and I have been looking for a ramen place near us, since Cleveland is too far to drive for just food. First of all this is very authentic. I'm not too familiar with real Japanese cuisine but the chef really knows what they are doing. We were offered free pickled radish, which as someone who doesn't like radish, was the best pickled dish I've ever had. Then we had the pork bun appetizer. I have not had something this tasty in a long time. It was a nice Japanese bbq but it made me melt. Then the ramen was to die for. I ordered the pork cutlet ramen and it was so smooth and light tasting. My boyfriend has the pork belly ramen. It was really good. But in my honest opinion the pork cutlets with the Tokyo broth is the best. I had to come back the next day and try the karaage chicken. The sauce was a mix of ginger and yum yum sauce which was amazing. Finally the fried chicken was perfectly cooked and crisp that melted in your mouth. I want to come here...

My wife and I had a FANTASTIC experience!! I had the Gyoza and the Tonkatsu Ramen. Starting with the Gyoza, this was the first time in a long time that it was made right; good filling thin dumpling that was fried to crisp the edges, but remain soft. I can't say enough about the ramen. You get a heaping portion, when they say pork cutlet on the menu- you get closer to two! The broth was rich, creamy and very savory. I've had a lot of Tonkatsu, but I would put this in the running with some of international noodle houses. Our server was so wonderful, very attentive and proud of the place she worked. She let us know her recommendations for next time and informed us that the menu is completely customizable. If you wanted chicken or beef instead of pork, that's an accommodation they can make!

The restaurant itself was very nice! Looking around, everything was new, clean and vibrant. If you have any reservations about stopping here, throw 'em out the window-...

I've been to about four different noodle shops as of recently in the past 2 months. I love noods! However, this place would be towards the bottom of my list. The noodles and broth are not flavorful at all! I ordered a seafood pho with rice noodles, and what I got was a bowl of bland and lite flavored water. There was a lot of imitation crab, two scallops, and 3 shrimp. These bowls are not cheap, but what I got was a bowl of budget cut, with the equivalent of a store-bought packet of ramen noodles in it. Except they were rice noodles. There was so much water, all of the ingredients floated like a raft. I also tried the seaweed salad. What's wild is that I ate at the conjoined sushi place next door two weeks ago, and had a great dinner from there. Anyway, maybe this place is known for a specific dish, but what I got wasn't it. Enjoy your waffles ☺️
