When you're at the aquarium or USS Lexington, or dining at the Pier 99 restaurant it's hard to miss the loudspeaker announcements that constantly repeat this place's offerings and all their flavors. My mother and I thought we'd give it a shot. We thought it'd be a small ice cream place, but it's a small window/hole in the wall in a small mom and pop hotel. The older woman behind the window was indifferent but she did seem to be from another country. They also had a plastic barrier in front of the window which made it slightly difficult to understand. It's worth noting they also only take cash but they also accept cashapp payments if you are into that. We got a soft serve cone which are $5, a little steep but the amount in the cone was large. The soft serve was okay, but definitely was watered down, but it was still a good way to cool off as we got to our car. In the end, if I was in the area again and I felt I wanted ice cream I would return, but I would definitely not drive out there exclusively for it.
