McDonald's — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

Several of the tables needed cleaning. I wasn't sure where my daughter and I should sit. The bathrooms require a button to be pressed guess but each time I asked no one from the staff would listen, I'm assuming they were the partner one of the employees behind the counter because they had knowledge and pressed the button. They also seemed like they could be an employee. But when they arrived they also spoke in a manner that was not appropriate for an establishment. A place where children are. The next incident was the food we paid for. I don't understand how they can serve food this way and expect customers to eat it. I was afraid to eat it and have my daughter and I get sick. I took one bite and that was it. The food looked nothing like a chicken burger. It was obvious they had not changed the oil. Just served it to us like they didn't care about what they were serving us and honestly I was afraid to send it back and ask for them to redo the whole order after the experiences we had. I was not sure what I'd get back from the employees. I was also waiting at the register after receiving our food to ask for condiments but no one helped me. They saw me but continued to just stand everywhere but at the register. Unless they were taking someone's order. They weren't very attentive. While I was continuing to wait I noticed no one was going to help so I walked back to our table. I went to the soda dispensers to see if there was ketchup. Nothing! I went back around and found some mayonnaise In small fry containers. So I grabbed two not sure if they were meant to take. But If someone had assisted me I would have known if they were okay to take. Instead i noticed of the of the employees speaking to one of the other employees and pointing to me i guess it was about how many condiment containers I grabbed. We stopped eating out because of experiences like this. But we were hungry before heading home and I was tired from work. I worked my shift, took my daughter to a trunk or treat after just having worked all day and we get this for food here? I would greatly appreciate a refund but also speak to employees about mannerisms, customer service and whatever else previously mentioned above. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE. AT THIS POINT IT ISN'T EVEN ABOUT THE REFUND ANYMORE. JUST THE FACT THAT NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR THE...

The worst service for a McDonald's am a Uber Eats delivery driver Uber eats allows the restaurant 15 to 20 minutes before they send out the order to be picked up for delivery when I got there my order was up on the screen as I watched from the counter they had like five six mobile orders up on the screen they have a screen for mobile orders and they have a screen for drive-thru orders and dining orders nobody was doing the mobile orders I could tell because they were punching the buttons on all the drive-through orders while I was there I waited an extra 25 minutes for my delivery order to get done establishments like these treat delivery drivers as a second-class Citizens little do they know that the customer on the other end also is watching the time and how long it takes you to drive how long it takes for the order to be done so it's not the delivery driver is the establishment that pushed back the delivery orders till the last minute so they can get the drive-thru I know this is a long review but it has to be told I've seen it in many restaurants and establishments that they treat delivery drivers like second class citizens but they need to stop and think that there's a customer at the other end of the delivery that is waiting for their order and quit concentrated so much on the drive-thru when you got delivery orders to do the order was two happy meals...

Dined in today with the wife. Got a delicious breakfast with the wife. The wife got the sausage biscuit with an orange juice and the hash brown. No complaints here! I got a delicious bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle with a Dr. Pepper and a hash brown. Delicious food! However, the music in the store was far too loud, me and the wife had to basically shout to hear each other. An older gentleman asked the manager to kindly turn it down, to which, she rudely responded with "But I like it!" Horrible dining experience from a McDonald's. Would only recommend this McDonald's for drive thru, honestly.

Modifying my review...

Do not even try the drive-thru. This drive-thru is the lousiest drive-thru I've ever been in. Ordered a Big Mac meal, and a Spicy Deluxe McCrispy meal. I was in the drive-thru line for 45 minutes with five cars in front of me before I ordered. I don't know when they poured mine and the wife's drinks, but they gave me a couple of watered down sodas. The food was good. McCrispy was good (not crispy, but good), the wife didn't like that her Big Mac was lukewarm. Fries were really salty for McDonald's fries. Overall, due to poor service. This McDonald's gets one star.
