The past few times i’ve gone, I have had the worst customer service from the woman working the drive through at night, who wears a mask. It started off as me saying “Hi how are you” and she interrupted me and said “What do you want”. Sometimes we have our bad days so I let it go. The next time I went, it was her again and I asked her if my sauce was in the bag, she didn’t even look inside the bag and she said “Yeah” It wasn’t. Whatever, I let it go. THEN my chicken was tough, and it felt old. I went tonight, and ordered a box combo, no slaw extra fries for me and my sister. I did not get extra fries. she was there and I politely asked “Hi, how fresh is the chicken” She then says “It’s always fresh”. It was her tone that made it rude. I enlightened her that last time I came, it was tough. It was tough again tonight. I figured maybe since I come at midnight, it might be sitting out for a while. I would’ve waited for it to be made fresh, no biggie. She’s always so rude. I know we all have so much going on in our personal lives but do not take it out on others. I know it may just be fast food, but you NEVER know what anyone else is going through, and that could be someone’s breaking point. Read moreIf I could leave 0 stars I would.. this is the second time I’ve ordered curbside and sat outside in the curbside parking spot for a minimum of 30 minutes. This time was way worse.. I placed my order for 7:45 and I checked in through the app and my email. 15 minutes roll around and someone came outside and brought out someone else’s order. I told her it wasn’t me and she asked for my name and said “okay let me go check for yours I’ll be right back”. She never came back. There was also another car that had been waiting when I pulled up(the guy looked furious, went inside the restaurant, came back out empty handed and pulled off). I’m assuming he canceled his order. After another 15 minutes, I called the restaurant and spoke to a guy who said he saw my order. “I’m sorry about that wait. I’ll have it out in just a minute”. That “minute” never came so I walked in and there’s a rack in the corner of the store with my food just sitting there.. if you genuinely don’t have a “Curbside” option, take that off the app and just have a message telling customers to come inside or through the drive thru.. it’s one thing to have customers sitting outside of your restaurant for 30+ minutes, but it’s another to LIE. About 2 weeks ago, I just found out they had a "Caniac Club", and that's because I had asked someone in the drive thru. I HAD TO ASK!! It was not offered or even mentioned. Tonight, we order our usual meals, we always order our meals with a coke NO ICE, and we said that in our order. When we get to our window, we get our food, and the girl (named Faythlin) says "have a good night". She forgot our drink. We ask for our drink and we get it WITH ICE!! We asked for it to be re-made and some rude guy (didnt see his name, maybe ask Faythlin who it is) said "Next time, ask for it". We said we did (because WE ALWAYS ORDER OUR DRINKS EVERYWHERE WITH NO ICE) and he responded back with, "No you didnt and that's because I was the one listening". Whoa!!! This place NEEDS a serious adjustment in their attitude as well as having some lessons in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Food was alright but definitely NOT WORTH IT if we have to deal with the kind of service we got tonight. WE PROBABLY WON'T BE BACK ANYTIME SOON IF EVER.... we'll just go to CHICK-FIL-A who has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...
