Skip it - if you want a place that takes pride in their work, look elsewhere. I ordered the surf & turf which doesnt have a price listed it says MKT price...so I asked, what type of lobster & what cut of meat is it. The menu specifies its a filet cut & only says lobster tail. But the photo shows a main lobster tail.

So, I decided to ask about the specifics. "What type of lobster is served for the surf portion of the 'surf/turf'? I'm hoping its main lobster because I hate Rock lobster & if its going to be a rock lobster I'll just order something else."

The server was great & said "You know, nobody has ever asked that before, let me go ask the kitchen..." she returned moments later with a giddy smille & said "guess whaaat?? Its main lobster!"

I was delighted & asked for it to be broiled/steamed not grilled. She asked me how I would like my steak & I said medium well.

When the food arrived I was on the phone & wasnt really paying attention, she set the food down & walked away. I hung up the phone & saw a rocklobster tail & a burnt filet.

I mentioned my dissapountment to the server, but decided to just eat it & move on. Ill never come back here again & you shouldnt either. Not because of one experience, but because of what followed.

After telling the server she said "Im so sorry, let me go tell my boss." The boss never came to my table, didnt acknowledge the issue & just hid out.

I have money, what I dint have is time to waste at establishments who feel mediocrity is ok & ripping people off.

My waitress returned saying she told them "why did you guys tell me it was main lobster? I told this man you guys said it was main lobster." Apparently they had told her "well how are we supposed to know, they send us whatever & we just serve it." đŸ€ŻđŸ˜”

There was no offer to recook the steak or the option to order something else & there was a complete lack of awareness by the restaurant management. I still tipped my waitress 20% because its not her fault the people she works for are completely incompitent.

Run as fast as you can away...

On March 23, 2024 a group of friends and myself went to eat there for lunch. When we sat down we ended up with the RUDEST Waitress Ever ( kept talking down to us the whole time ) . The waitress’s name is Eirini , anyway the Food was Good but she made the whole experience just real bad & uncomfortable. I wanted to ask for a manager but 1 of my friends had said please don’t, I don’t want to take a chance of them doing something to our food. So I didn’t , when we got our bill I gave her a $2.00 tip , the other friend gave her $1.50 the 3rd friend gave her $3.00. Or last friend gave her $6.00 because she used to be a waitress. I feel if you’re going to get a Good Tip , Do a Good Job. FOUR Days later one of my friends called me to check my bank amount cause the waitress ADDED MORE TIP FOR HERSELF. I looked and sure enough, she did. I called my bank, I was told they can’t do anything about it, I have to but they did say that’s called Forgery. Call PD and see if something can be done. I went in person and spoke with the Manager , very nice , said the owner wouldn’t be back till the next day. Told her what happened and she said that she would talk to the owner about it. Also said when you come back just ask not to be put in her section, I’ve gotten after her for being rude to the customers. I guess they don’t plan on doing anything to her about it. After 3 days I FINALLY speak to the owner and she’s upset with ME for even mentioning bringing PD into it. She could tell that the waitress had added $3.00 more So IF I want it back, go there and speak to her and she will give me my money back.. My Advice, Take Cash if you go eat there. Otherwise they Will Probably Forge your...

UPDATE* Unfortunately this is our second time to visit this location and I would have to recommend to anyone asking think twice before going here. I made a post previously and it appears this place has a problem with having the same quality each time you go. The shrimp was way over cooked and under seasoned. The chicken fry was much thinner this time and my sons was a good third just breading. Even the rolls did not taste as good. Atmosphere was interesting because we were sitting in smoke literally. Like someone must had burnt something to a black crisp. Our waiter wasn’t rude but definitely wasn’t a light in your eye. In fact we might have seen a grin somewhat when he was handling us our check. Definitely way over price for the service and quality of food we got. **

We had a verity of platters and all the food was very good. Pricing was not unreasonable. The area was very nice, noise was low even with a full house, we could talk and hear each other even with a party of 10. Our waitress was nice and kept up with us so no complaints on service. However when asked what dressing we wanted on our salad we asked about caesar salads which they had, but we were not informed that was a $2.99 up charge. This was very deceptive and we should had been informed the caesar salad was not included. They are not trying to pull off the silly cashless scenario, they do not charge for card payments but check your receipts cause they do add in a gratuity the label as “service charge”. All in all seemed more of a mom and pap local food joint with good home cooking

First time going here never coming back. We came down for vacationing this weekend we went Saturday night, the appetizers weren’t bad nor the salads weren’t bad, we had the calamari and salad our friend got the oysters all of that was good. My husband ordered the lemonade rum punch drink it took them 15 mins to bring his drink but the server we had put it in wrong and brought out some lemonade Martini we tell her that’s not what he ordered she argued with him telling him that was what he ordered he grabbed the drink menu and proved her wrong well we waited another 15 mins which was ridiculous that should have been on the fly. We got our entrees I ordered the chicken and cream of mushroom pasta, my husband got the fried snapper, and our friend got a sirloin. My husbands snapper was completely raw they wouldn’t comp the meal and gave us half off which they should have comped it, our friends steak was completely bland no flavor and he ordered it medium rare well it was almost well done. I wasn’t able to eat my meal til we got to the hotel cause our son was fussy, well I tried my meal it was so bland tasted like jar sauce it was gross and the gross part their was a hair in my food. And lastly the drink my husband ordered they let him take it to go when that’s not allowed to let someone walk off with an open container. I don’t recommend this place it’s gross I could only imagine the sanitation’s and improper regulations. The food is expensive and it’s not worth the price unless you like very bland food.

A little char is fine but a whole burnt bottom is not. She even said herself that there have been other customers that have also complained about it in the past. The outside was so burt that it was bitter and inedible. How is that supposed to be eaten? She was very rude to us and didn't want to apologize about the situation and refused to give us a refund for the meal. She tried to tell us that we don't know how to cook a steak on a hotplate. I couldn't even eat it, and I rarely complain about how food taste. Management kept saying that we don't know how to cook a steak CORRECTLY. Please be careful about what you order. I really expect a better customer service from the management them self. We are in the restaurant business ourselves and we really tried to bring up the issue friendly and never in a million years would I tell a customer that they don't know how to cook food and not give them an apology with some type of compensation for the inconvience.
