Called in at 5:51 pm on 01/31. Ordered a 12 piece wing and they said it should take 10 minutes. Come in at 6:10 pm, pay at 6:11pm. Cashier says “order should be ready in 3 minutes”. Then, like clockwork, almost exactly give or take 4 minutes, the cashier sits at an empty table and LITERALLY FEASTS ON MY 12 WING ORDER. WITHOUT SHAME, the only person eating that had ordered in the dining room. There were about 3 other parties waiting on food, with the manager offering promises of free food to the diners. When I went to get a refund, the manager, who had just taken orders of hot wings thru the drive thru, said it was going to be another 15 minutes on top of that one to get my order that I ordered almost 30 minutes prior. Waited until I got refunded at 6:30pm. The whole point of fast food, is to get food fast. I hope that the cashier that ate my order, thought it was “FingerLicking Good” because KantFunctionCorrectly is a now go for me anymore. Read moreThe manager that was working tonight at about 7:12 was very very very very unprofessional with an employee and very very very very disrespectful and rude when customers said something to try and make employee feel better due to manger being rude and disrespectful the manager then turned on customer and started being rude and disrespectful to the customer just because you are are a manager does not give you the right to mistreat your employees and embarrassed them in front of customers
The employee was on lunch at the time of this incident the manager told the employee since she isn't at her station go ahead clock in from lunch and then clock out for the rest of the shift since you aren't at your station however with this employee being on lunch she didn't have to at her station what this manager did trying to make employee work on there lunch break is against Oregon law
Now as a customer witnessing this if this problem is not dealt with and the manager does not face consequences I will go as high as I have to go to make sure that something is done
I will honestly say this person should not be a manager and it's disgusting and a disgrace and a huge disappointment and an embarrassment...
Read moreThe cashier was lovely and kind, but upon returning home I found that the food was all wrong. Then at the window, I waited nearly 15 minutes after I arrived for the staff to give the cashier the food. The cashier was very kind, and even offered a cookie while I waited. Arriving home, I saw I was missing 2 sides, and the chicken they gave me was spicy instead of classic. Big slap to the face after the cashier specifically asked me for classic or spicy. There was no sauce with the wings. And the staff all seemed uncomfortable and dismissive, even with the cashier. To be honest, I didn't really want 4 poorly cooked, spicy chicken peices for myself and others. And a sandwich I ordered on the side was messy, and stale. I have had better service before, and it's especially sad after good services before. The cashier is basically the only reason there is a star. I hope service improves for the staff.
