Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Cottage Grove

This place has just opened and I already have a feeling how this place is going to do business. Was told about the first 100 people who where there at opening day would get a coupon for free wings for a year is what I understanding. However, when I arrived to the new location and noticed a line that didn't even have 50 people waiting to receive this coupon I thought I had a given for this coupon. I'd thought everyone in line would get one, but after about 20 minutes after opening the doors with the line slowly moving forward. I got around the first corner in the line where I was told by another customer in line that they had already given out ALL 100 coupons to people already. Looking around to not even see 100 people entering or coming out of the store, nor in line. How could they have already given their promotional item if the first 100 people to show up did not receive the promotional item? Wrong was already done for the people who took time to sit and wait for even a little bit for something that was advertised. Tried ordering food and adding the Vikings Win Deal which is get 6 free wings with a purchase of $10 min. Was going to be dropping 50 dollars on food. But Was told they don't honor the deal. I don't know if this is actually a Buffalo Wild Wings or just a Random Store. But not sure how you don't honor a corporate promotion. I asked if he knew what I was talking about and he said do it on the app. I advised him the coupon said takeout or dine in only. Not a app deal. He said they don't honor it then. Almost like he didn't care to ask leadership if they do or not. Horrible experience. Definitely not ordering here. Buffalo Wild Wings continues to be bad. No wonder they are dying everywhere. But expected disappointment....

Waited 20 mins past pick up time. Lobby has 1 bench with 10 people waiting. They were out of an item and we had to substitute it. They would have forgotten an item if I didn't remind them. Got it home and found another item missing. The boneless wings were cold, hard, and overcooked. Like beef jerky. I realize its new and they are getting things figured out but the staff seemed overwhelmed and confused. When I tried to voice my complaint the manager heard me and turned his back while some poor kid working there did the apologizing for him. Won't be back.
