LaRosa's Pizza Covington — Restaurant in Covington

IM banned from ordering food at this location? So I just moved to the area and ordered food from here, the guy who took my order put in wrong phone number, and when the NEW DRIVER got lost and took my food to the wrong address, after waiting an hour and 15 min, I called to see where my food was ..after calmy accepting their appology, I was told they were remaking my food (which was fries , onion twists , and hot sandwich) ..the food was not remade and was at my door in 10 min , soggy, cold and disgusting..I called and complained and they gave me a credit order, which I tried to collect on today ..I was told my phone number was restricted and they no longer wanted to do business with me ??? Totally confused, so you guys screw up my phone number, then bring me food that sat for well over an hour , then screw me on my $13.00 credit , and you don't want to do business with me ? On business from out of town and decided to order some pizza delivered to my hotel. Gave LaRosa's a shot since it has 4.2 stars and was close. Delivery guy was very pleasant and curtious. Appearance of pizza looked good, but the second I bit down I noticed raw, sticky, and mushy dough. Not just a little, the entire crust was under cooked. Pepperoni on top was super crispy?? When I called the number it seemed to be maybe a call center of some sort. They offered to contact the store and have them remake it. I had to laugh when the guy on the phone asked if I wanted to request it well done. It's not a steak bud! I replied, I just want a pizza that's cooked all the way through. I've tried this La Rosa's several times in the past 10-15 years. Every time, the pizza is not cooked thoroughly. Cheese not melted, dough soft as marshmallow, and cold sauce! Once a "manager" tried to argue the done-ness of the pizza with me! I took a knife, scraped the toppings off, and pulled the dough up like a huge wad of chewing gum stuck to the bottom of your shoe on a hot August afternoon. The "Manager" still said that's how they cook pizza!!! I won't be back to THIS place! On the other hand, I was at a La Rosa's on the north side of Cincy, and they served a very good, well cooked, pizza. The raw pizza must be isolated to the DT...
