I'm leaving one star because that's the minimum allowed, but if I could, I'd give zero stars for food, service, and atmosphere. This review is less about the tacos and more about the absolutely abysmal management and staff conduct. My 16-year-old daughter used to work here, and the issues she faced were frankly outrageous. The staff is incredibly childish, and their poor communication and scheduling issues are a constant source of frustration. For example, my daughter would often be at school when new schedules were posted and wouldn't know if she was supposed to work. She'd try to call the location to confirm her shift, only to be met with unprofessional behavior. It got so ridiculous that they actually turned off their phones when they realized it was my daughter calling to inquire about her schedule! That's not just unhelpful; it's actively obstructionist. To make matters worse, their managers are just as bad. You can call them multiple times, and they will literally ignore you. In this day and age, with read receipts on text messages, we can clearly see that they've read messages from my daughter and simply chosen not to respond. This level of disrespect and neglect for their employees, especially a minor, is completely...
Read moreJust go during their busiest times to get them at their most fresh time and sloppy and a little extra beef or what not. Slow hours less meat, beans, and is always very dry, especially the beans. And that $ 0.40c for a 1/2 teaspoon of sour cream really? And has anyone noticed that that 1/2 teaspoon of sour cream is always in the last bite? Before Pepsi bought them out there was sour cream in every bite. Sad! You might as well go to a gas station and pay $1.59 for an 8 oz. container of sour cream and have some left over for your next Taco Bell experience. Also, after the PepsiCo buy out, they stopped putting black olives on them. And the way they used to wrap them, one end was open and you got that first bite of the burrito supreme on the open end and was full of tasty goodness, with sour cream! Oh, my they were good. Now both ends are closed and there is so much dough to get to the first bite that it sucks! Might as well go to an authentic Mexican restaurant and get what you pay for. The only thing left on taco b's menu is the chalupa. Even the photo's n cheese is now $2.19 ex as much as about 10 yrs. ago. That's all I got to...
Read moreI have attempted to visit this location which apparently was purchased by Door Dash. They haven't filled an order for drive thru customers the last three weekend visits I have attempted. This has to be a giant redflag that it is time to clean house with management which clearly isn't doing any favors for tye Taco Bell brand. Think about it - 2 miles from the stadium on the evening of the Bengals playoff appearance and they have half their operation closed down no doubt for I'm sure staffing reasons or Covid. We live in a time where accountability doesn't matter - simply pass the Taco but not to drive thru customers. On New Years eve I waited 25 cars deep and 45 minutes to get the same answer. I wonder if the owners realize how much money this location has lost them in a four weeks. If I was the owner I would reevaluate the entire management team and determine how such a galactic display of incompetence is permitted week after week and then take steps to fix it. Another Taco Bell customer unhappy, turned away, and told to take my business elsewhere. I just may take their advice it would save me a whole lot of...
