If I could give this place a zero I would do just that. Went Through the drive throated a and S for a quarter pounder meal with a make Rio on the side with extra sauce. Received my order and lady tells that the side of sauce is sitting on the top. As I looked in the bag the sauce is in a 4 piece nugget bots spilled over out of the cup. At this time I'm just thinking I want my meat to be dipped into the sauce as the last time I went through the drive-through here there was absolutely no sauce On the sandwich. So I tell the lady to get take this back as the sauce is spilled over and she shakes her head so why they gave heard the sauce that way. As I sit there and wait for 3 minutes for her to come back to the window laughing she hands me back the same sauce spilled over in a 4 piece nugget Box. It is time I've asked to speak to the manager she walked away to go get the manager. Another lady comes to the window a minute later to tell me ma'am we have no leads for the cups and I said that's fine I didn't ask for a side of sauce I just want my make rip to be dipped heavily in the sauce but for you to bring me this again I find this to Be ridiculous. I now as her I would like to speak to the manager she says she's counting the safe I said I will wait for her. Now the manager comes to the window unprofessional wondering why in my complaining about the sauce which is what I asked for. I explained to her I did not ask for a side of sauce and I asked her would she be OK if she receive an upside down Box of sauce they can have the potential of spilling over in her car? The manager at this time wish to get argumentative with me and tell me what I should do. At this time I asked for the store owner's information as she's now going completely off on me in the drive throw in front of our employees because I question the saws being in a nugget Box. She became so argumentative that I pulled out my phone to record her by video. Of course my video shows hard looking aggressive talking aggressive and she tells me that she's not gonna give me any of the information because I'm recording her. However the only reason I decided to record her was because I stop talking and she wants to argue and I am not going to argue with her as the customer at your facility. So as she slams the window she did not give me the store managers number I proceed to walk into the store to get the location of where I'm at and everyone in there is laughing and joking like is so unprofessional when I asked the staff member what location was I get very nicely she's screens overheard you do not talk to my employees you should know where you are. As I'm writing this on this website I plan on going to the store again to Visit with the store manager so I can show her the video of her manager that represents her establishment. I have never been so humiliated in my life are to be confronted by a manager of an established me all because IS for extra sauce or my sandwich than I paid for. I did not ask for the side of sauce I didn't ask for a cup of upside down sauce to be thrown in a Box where I have the chance of spilling over in my car. My only suggestion is if you are hungry do not go to disestablish made because if your order is wrong are you feel a certain way about your order trust name telling them about it you will feel you're walking on egg shells I will never come back to this establishment again but to only show the store manager this video and a cup of sauce that it was turned over in the Box if I could post it on here I will love...
Read moreYesterday I used the mobile app to place my order and selected the table service option...
When I chose my table, I sat down and entered the table number into the mobile app and completed my order.
A few minutes later I hear them calling my name, that my order was ready at the front counter.
I walked up and ask them why they didn't bring it to the table. The first response I got from an employee was we don't have a table 113.
(See the attached photo of the receipt with the table number on it and the table with its number on it).
I told that employee that "yes you do have a table 113, my wife and I are sitting at it over there and pointed to where it was".
A second employee jumped in to the conversation and said you need one of these... She was holding up one of those table markers that they hand to people who walk in and place an order at the counter and then go off and sit somewhere in the restaurant and they do bring the food to them...
I explained to the second employee that I had placed my order outside of the restaurant and there was no option to get one of those. Her response back to me was " I don't care". I was now shocked that they did not know how to do table service and were rude to their customers.
So I told the second employee I wanted to talk to the manager.
The manager comes out. He was very apologetic and very nice person. I basically showed him the receipt and the number on the table that matched. He apologized, and I said okay thank you, and that was the end of it.
Next another customer had done the same thing requesting table service and the manager did this time bring out the food. He got into the dining room and called the person's name and also called the table number. The other customer said "Yes that's me" and brought him his food.
He and I talked for a second and I said to him "I don't think they know the table numbers and where to bring the food for their Table service". He agreed and said he had the same issue a few days earlier too.
At this point I realized that nobody working in that restaurant yesterday (including the manager) knew how to properly do table service. Mainly because they did not know the table numbers and what it meant to bring the food to the table.
Please take this review as a learning experience to educate the employees at this restaurant on how table service should...
Read moreIf I could give a negative number, I would. I ordered a large iced tea at the kiosk on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 about 2:25pm. There was a young lady waiting on a grandpa and grandson at the counter. I was patiently waiting for her to finish so I could ask for my large cup. She looked up at me multiple times while getting their order. As soon as they were done, she turned and walked into the kitchen. She stayed in there getting fries and other food to put on a tray. I was now standing right in front of the counter. She brought the food over right next to me, called out the number, handed that tray to a young Man, looked at me again and turned around and walked back in the kitchen and stayed there. I waited about another 3-5 minutes. By now it was almost 10 minutes that I had been in there to get a drink. No one came out to help anyone at the counter (there were two more people now waiting behind me)... a young Boy and an older Gentleman. Since the cups were right behind the counter and I needed to get my Wife home from Mercy Hospital after her treatment, I just walked behind the counter, grabbed my cup, went and got my drink and left, wishing those in line "good luck". Here is my take, I am almost 71 and a white male. The young lady is about 25 and a black female. The Grandpa and the young boy are black. The people in line behind me who also couldn't get helped are white. Generally, I don't make these claims, but it's not the first time I've had similar issues at this McDonald's. However, the last time I was in, two weeks ago went great and the girls working there were very nice to me. There are certain females working there that just have a terrible attitude when it comes to helping some of us white folks. I'm sorry, but that is just the way it has been at this store. I will not be back. I'm not that desperate for food and drink. Hoping this gets read by...
