Wendy's — Restaurant in Cumberland

I can't stand any Wendy's anymore. Their French fries are more salt than potatoes. Also, I've been to 6 different Wendy's that advertise free wifi. Their wifi does not work. AT ALL! You can connect but nothing else and while I was at one particular Wendy's I noticed something odd plugged into a receptical under a nearby table a young gentleman who had a laptop thay had a somewhat large external harddrive hooked to it was sitting at. I asked a friend if they recognized it and they immediately told me to make sure that my bluetooth and wifi was turned off. He said it was an item that scammers and hackers use to connect to the host wifi so it appears you are connecting to the restaurants free wifi but you are actually connecting to this device and this person can see everything in your phone/tablet/laptop. He let the "manager" know and he just brushed it off by saying " oh, he comes in all the time. He just uses the free internet" I got angry and asked how that was possible when the wifi never works there and he again dismissed it saying "you just don't have your phone right, it works".

Lesson learned? If you go to an establishment that offers free wifi and it will let you connect and you have good service but the wifi won't let you connect to the internet or any internet required apps, be suspicious. Appearently their are tools hackers use that look exactly like a usb charging block. I believe in this case either the manager or Wendy's itself was benefiting from...

The management is poorly run. Even if it is fast food you should take pride in having your job. Nobody that works at this location looks like they enjoy working for the company. If I was the manager and saw my workers acting the way these workers do I would hire someone else who actually wants to be there. It's dirty inside. My food had the wrong toppings. There was no salt on my fries. I went up and told the front workers the problems and said there is no need to remake my food because I don't want the old to go to waste. They did not respond with a "Sorry" or anytime of response. The young man who made the food actually looked disgusted at me. I have worked in fast food and do not like to waste food so I ate my meal, but when I go to help and correct to have workers look at me the way they did was irresponsible. I love Wendy's but this one...

My son and I went through the drive through tonight to get dinner on the way home from a pool party for the whole family. Well the girl who took my order and who was at the window tonight was very pleasant. I asked for a few more bbq sauces because my family splits our meals. I heard who I guess was the manager complain about that “that’s 7 bbq in total” it’s usually 2 per person…. Well anyways I always check my bags before pulling off because this location is known for not putting the order together correctly. Well I’m glad I did. I checked and saw I was missing a fry and another order of nuggets and I told them here’s my bags if you want to check yourself. The girl took them back and the manager was an ass because he screwed up. Well I’m extreamly disgusted because when we got home our food was given to us cold. Wont go back...
