Took my husband and son here for father's day. It's an hour and a half away from our house. We chose to come here because online I saw it says ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI $35 OR you can get Korean BBQ GOLD PACKAGE WITH ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI FOR $49. We get there TOTALLY excited! I've been talking about it for a week! On the outside of the building the front is covered by a MASSIVE BANNER saying ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI $35. I was SO PUMPED. we sit down, order our drinks, and my husband and son got sweet tea. It was awful. Found out it's from the fountain. So she switched it to coke for them. Go to order sushi, and I said we wanna do the $49 special with ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI. She said, we don't do that anymore. The utter disappointment because THATS the reason we went there. I said it's on a big ass banner on your building and on your website. She said "I know, we stopped though" okay, but you have to honor what you are advertising. That's not good business. Take the banner down the day you stopped. Change your website. I'm pissed at this point but decided let's just eat because we are here. So we order 3 rolls. One for each of us. My husband gets a dragon roll. Supposed to be eel and avocado topped with eel, per the sushi menu. When the rolls arrived, it has avocado on top. My husband ate it anyways but $8 roll I expect it to be right. I asked the waitress, I thought the dragon roll comes with eel on top. She checks with the sushi chef. It's avocado. I said it clearly says topped with eel. Now I'm fuming because she has no response. She doesn't care. When we sat down and decided to do the silver packages, I ordered glass noodles. It took an hour to get them. When I asked her she said I told them twice. Absolutely ridiculous. The service was awful. Had to ask for refills. No discounts. No all you can eat sushi. Wrong advertisement. No honoring what the say they have but dont. We will NEVER go back and I've already told everyone that place was a bust. My whole work crew wanted to go and I made sure to tell them it's a waste of money. I still tipped $20. Our bill was $151. What an absolute awful way to throw money down the drain. Not to mention driving so...

Absolutely love this place! The owner is so kind and cares about your experience. He is there most nights, greets guests and walks around checking to see how all is going. It feels inviting and its like we are helping our local businesses. I like to support our local restaurants. This is a great restaurant that is good for just about any occasion or just something that doesn’t taste like chain or fast food. My family is always on the go, so we find that it’s easier for us to eat out on nights that we are busy. This has become our way to get away from burgers and chicken tenders. Here we can order real meat, cook to our preference and enjoy with fresh sides and vegetables. It’s not intimidating, if you like steamed rice, grilled meats and some fun new sides, give it a shot. My suggestion, start out with brisket it cooks the fastest, then request the dumplings and give each side one try. Ask for a sample of all their sides and try till you find what you like. The soup is delicious. If your grill gets over cooked (burnt) just request a new grill and keep on trying. You can even request for “half” meats so smaller portions for new meats you haven’t tried. Now I have had just a few bad servers over the years but normally we get pretty great service. I am guessing when we don’t have the best server, they are like all business in today’s situation, trying to keep what they have going and on the search to recruit good individuals. Besides as long as you request what you want it’s hard to get really bad service because you cook your own food, and the majority of the staff will pitch in to help if you just communicate what you need. Another helpful hit, if you’re still not sure about Korean BBQ, go at lunchtime, price is cheaper and they still serve basically the same as dinner. For my seasoned Korean BBQers, they have...

READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO EAT AT THIS PLACE! Service is going downhill and they increased the price AGAIN! We go here all the time but no more!! This is from the latest experience on 1/27/2022... dinner time. When we were seated we noticed that our server was chatting with the couple at the next table. We waited forever... he finally came over to greet us and told us that he will bring out the sides. We told him that we would also like some salad and water. (They used to have the table prepped with sides and salad prior to seating customers.) He brought out those items and went over to the next table to continue chatting. We waited a long time before he came back to ask what we would like to order. We gave him the order and he did not write anything down... he came back with only half of the items that we ordered. He went back to chatting with the same people. We decided to cook what he brought out and waited patiently forever for him to make himself available again so that we can ask for some rice. He spent soooooo much time talking at the next table.... we had eaten everything that he brought out already and he was still at that other table talking away. We yelled out sooo loudly, "hello waiter, there are other customers too, go do your job, stop talking...." he just ignored us. When he finally came back we were pretty angry but we refrained from showing it and ordered more items. After he dropped off those items at our table he ran back over to the other table and ignored the fact that our grill was super burnt... we turned off the grill and just sat there and waited until we got his attention again to change it. This went on over and over again the entire time we were there. What a horrible dining experience. We will...
