Broadway Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

Excellent little pizza place inside the Plaza of the Americas, down on the lower level. The owner and employees are great. Always shouting out, "Great choice!" in a heavy New York accent every time you order. They are always full of energy, fun, and very quick. Monday thru Friday the lunch rush here can get pretty busy but they move things along at a very fast pace. The pizza is always hot, fresh and delicious. Their garlic bread is very favorable and their meat marinara sauce is great. Their lunch special which consists of a large slice of any pizza, a small salad and a drink is very reasonably priced. Their fountain drinks taste great and overall this is a very wonderful place to eat. So if you're in the area, maybe staying at the Marriott hotel here downtown Dallas, then do yourself a favor and swing down to the lower level of the Plaza of the Americas and grab a giant...

I have been a patron of this establishment for years. Like that it is local and I like the staff. Today I asked for lettuce to be added to a sandwich and the owner so really rude saying no. Only how they make it, bread, meatballs, cheese. During a time when customer service is so critical to maintaining patronage, I was really offended by this rude behavior. No turning around, looking at me to say I'm sorry we can do that, just no, have a nice day. That's my last time spending money there. Customer service is paramount to me. I'm happy to spend my money...

It’s been at least 15 years since I have visited Broadway Pizza. My father used to us on the DART train to downtown Dallas to enjoy this delicious food and atmosphere. 🥹

We were reminiscing and wondered, “Is our ‘excellent choice’ friend still running the business??” I found the reviews and was ecstatic to see “excellent choice” from the owner!! 🤩
