Please don't judge them only on my review. The margarita was great, chips were warm and tasty. The portion was great.
Now for the not great. I got the Arroz Con Pollo. It said it was spicy shredded chicken, but I didn't detect any heat at all in it. It wasn't bad, but I was hoping for some spice.
The salsa was weird. Took me a minute to figure it out. It started off sweet and then the heat came in. But not sweet like a pepper can be sweet. As weird as it is to say, it tasted like chef Boyarde sauce. I've never had salsa like that. It was very different.
Going to try and go back and have something else. I want to give it another chance.
Prices were great, can't complain at all...
Read moreHave had two poor experiences here. First one was hair in the food. The owner explained no one that worked in the restaurant had blond hair, but he had one of the waitresses go to the kitchen before he told us that. You can see her daily working at the retaurant. The second was lunch after a large party arrived. We (2 of us) were seated right next to the large table (around 20), and assigned the same waitress. She did not have time for us, we waited 40 minutes for our food and ended up leaving without being served. Our complaints were not addressed and it seemed the hostess could care less. Good food if you have all day and want to put put up with being treated as an...
Read moreOutstanding Food!!! Definitely not your typical flavors starting with the salsa all the way through the enchiladas and the street tacos. The salsa comes out warm and has levels of rustic flavors including a spicy heat that is just at the threshold of hot. The enchiladas are moist and are expertly flavored, while the street tacos we're seasoned just right and were accompanied by a creamy green sauce that seemed to be a blend of avocados with subtle spices that brought out the flavor on the tacos. The staff was friendly and moved quickly to keep a level of service not commonly matched these days. I highly recommend...
