Centric Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Dallas

The bar/dining area was practically empty, yet I waited over 8 minutes before anyone asked if I needed anything. There were about 4 bartenders/waiters and not one came over. The food was mediocre to say the least. The guacamole was sour and not very fresh, the salsa was watery and some of the chips were stale. It took over 1hr to get a glass of water. We asked for the ticket and they still stood around talking right in front of us before bringing us the ticket.

The only reason I’m giving this place a 1 star is because I couldn’t rate...

Everyone was friendly but: The quality for the price isn't there. Burger, overcooked, dry, bland and room temp at best. Bacon cold and fatty, and the cheese looks to have been melted last week. NO condiments. I did get some ketchup at least. Fries, again room temp at best.

None of this was even close to being worth the $23. Ridiculous, I will go somewhere else the next time I stay here.

DON'T bother eating here unless you have to.

✔️ Ambiance and service is good. ✔️ Portions are large. ✔️ Convenient place to eat if you are on business. ❌ Food is tasteless and greasy. ❌ Expensive.

We got a chicken quesadilla, soaked in grease, and pesto pasta, flavor came solely from sun dried tomatoes (thankfully they gave a lot). Pesto was supposed to come with bacon. Heavy emphasis on "supposed to".

No hate, if your in a rush there is no problem eating here. If you are on vacation, you HAVE to go...
