Wow!! So this post is super over due!! But I went to Plaza Fine Jewelry, after my boyfriend who was getting ready to propose to me told me I had 5 days and a budget to find our engagement rings, because he was very ready to propose! I remember staying up all night looking at sooo many different rings all night not knowing what design I wanted and I finally thought I found it on Brilliant Earth's website, I went to the store in person to go look, and their rings were not impressive at all, and actually a major disappointment, not to mention WAY over priced!! On top of all that, there was a 2 week wait for an appointment to speak to someone and I STILL wouldn't be able to see what the ring for my unique design would probably look like! I was totally lost, then I was upset, wanting to find my ring feeling completely lost! I decided to do a quick Google search, and figured I would go to check out at least one more spot! Saw the reviews online about Plaza Fine Jewelry, went in and within just a moment talking to Abe, I just KNEW this was it! He let me try on the different styles, and was able to show me samples I could mix and match carat sizes and styles! And quickly!!! I KNEW! Worked out a price wayyy better than online, but for the quality and elegance, and exclusivity of my unique ring, nothing could compare! And they told me I could have it the same day!! I got the certificate and everything to prove the diamonds were real!! And Abe and his beautiful family made me feel welcome and like there was no one else I would want to buy from!! I also got a lifetime warranty to clean my rings whenever I wanted for free! I ended up coming back and we got my husband's wedding band from there too!!! I believe ABE and Plaza Fine Jewelry were the only ones who could make my dream wedding come true! Rings and all! It was the best experience! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone they have a vast and beautiful gorgeous jewelry selection!!! They also have an AMAZING selection of jewelry outside of wedding bands and engagement rings!! This is going to be my thorough experience from prior our visit and to our visit today.

I had decided to look around for jewelry stores around Dallas since the store we initially asked to make our rings have remained closed since covid started. My fiance and I didn't mind taking a trip there so, I emailed them beforehand about the design I saw on their website and they were pleasant to respond so fast. We didn't get to go til over a week later which was today.

We came by and we were greeted right away by the family and it didn't take very long til we loosened up and it felt like we knew each other for a long time. They were very helpful, patient, and kind especially that I liked a few of the rings they showed me other than the design I chose.

They didn't pressure about how we will pay our balance and all the more, they worked around the budget we had! They also took time to explain a lot of things for us and Abe was very flexible with our time frame and the design we initially presented. He was passionate about it and so was his wife and his other family.

PLUS! He fixed my engagement ring and now, it fits perfectly well! I hurriedly went back to the store to bring my parents cause I wanted my mom to have her wedding band fixed since it didn't fit anymore and he did it in maybe 5 mins. All polished and he did my dad's too!!!

LONG STORY SHORT, IT'S WORTH IT!!! I LOVE THEM ALL. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM and I am glad to have friends and a jewelry place to go back to in the future! 37 years in business and to many many more.

Shopping for an engagement ring is hard. You're looking to find the perfect compliment for your love, all while knowing that most jewelry stores are hard sell sweatshops. However, if you come to Plaza Fine Jewelry, it will be like visiting your kindly aunt and uncle. For over 30 years, Abe and his wife welcome you like a member of the family. Don't be surprised if someone stops by just to say hi while you're there. I went from intimidated to relaxed. We talked out in the open, not in some back office. There was no pressure or coercion, I just gave a budget and he gave me multiple options.

This isn't a mass production jewelry store. Abe makes most, if not all he sells. They had several different styles and could even customize one to your specifications. I chose the stones and the setting from a large selection. I was nervous so I asked my fianceé to make sure it was what she wanted, she chose a new setting, one that Abe had just cast.

She hoped it would be ready in time for a weekend trip we had planned. He told me earlier it would be ready in just 2-3 days. However, I talked to him about giving her a later date, after we returned, so that I could surprise her instead. These are the kind of favors you get from a family business.

Two days later, I picked it up in time for our trip. It was lovely, superb craftmanship. It was hard to believe it was just a raw gold casting with no stones attached to a fully polished and finished halo engagement ring. My fianceé loves it!
