Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

On 6/11 around 9pm I placed an order and it gave us a delivery time of 25-35mins. My husband called to let me know they had trouble finding our apartment but he was able to give the driver directions. The tracker then showed it was delivered but I went to my door and hadn’t received the order. I waited another 15-20mins and still nothing. I called the store several times until I finally got through and spoke to a gentleman who confirmed my address and said they would remake the order and deliver it again. I asked the wait time he said 35-45mins and that was around 10pm. 11pm came around and again I still hadn’t received my order, I tried to call the store and no one would pick up. I called this afternoon and a female manager answered and I explained what happened. She said she spoke to the manager who was there last night and he said the order was delivered and that my husband was the one who received it (my first indication that they delivered to the wrong apartment), first off my husband wasn’t even home, so that could not have been possible. The female over the phone had very poor customer service and didn’t want to help resolve the situation at all. This was an order for $40, all I am looking for is an understanding of what happened and so they can find a solution so it doesn’t happen again. My husband and I order here very often and have never had issues. The female then said her GM would call me and she would take down my info she never as much as got my name. When I asked when I would receive a call she hung up on me. I called back several time until I got through and asked for her name, she said she couldn’t provide me with that information. She then offered to remake my order but I had to come pick it up and sign saying I received it. I declined. I’m not looking for it to be delivered to the wrong apartment again.

All in all, very poor...

My last two orders were cancelled by this store after ordering and paying online. Don't waste your time with this store.

After the tracker shows that my pizza is being made I receive a phone call stating that i will need to come in to pick up my order because they "...were not doing deliveries currently."

When asking why they can't deliver tonight i was informed (after an rather long pause that " they were backed up and short on drivers too. If I can't pick it up then they will cancel the order." I just asked them to cancel it - but wanted confirmation the card would not be charged.

Their response was, "I don't think we ever do that or have a way to show something - but it should show back up in your bank in 3 or 4 days".

I understand that this can happen (the being short staffed) but the same scenario has happened (other than the two times mentioned above)

I was called after an online order and told "they were backed up and I would need to come pick up the pizza myself otherwise it would be about a 2 hour wait time for delivery."

I took them up on the 2 hour delivery option and in both cases the pizza's arrived to my door in less...

To start off.... the store was not answering the phone and was rerouted to a call center. I was not aware it was a call center till an hour went by and I called the store. An hour went by and my pizza had not even been made!! The manager said he would get right out to me. 40 minutes later I can't reach them on the phone and your call center can't either. I decided to go to the store and they told me the order was canceled. Almost 2 hours and 4 kids at the house starving. So I went next door to PaPa John's and they had my pizzas in 10 minutes. Will be using them from here on out. I know this will fall on deaf ears but I am going to post this to let my neighbors know how bad this store is.

Update To email them directly with suggestions on how to improve??? It's very simple, read the reviews and take measures on what you are reading. It's all there from multiple people that have gone through the same issues. Fix them! But I'm am 100% sure that you guys don't care about these reviews or ever do anything to correct any of it.
