This is an amazing Vietnamese restaurant in Oak Lawn thatā€™s only been open for 2 months. The chef had a Michelin star restaurant in New York. The pineapple fried rice was delicious and is served in an actual pineapple (which Iā€™ve never seen before). The bits of pineapple were sweet and paired nicely with the rice and dipping sauce. The smoked baby back ribs and tom yum chicken wings were amazing - cooked perfectly with a crispy exterior and a warm, soft meaty interior. Good spring rolls and the beef pho was above average with a great-tasting broth. Iā€™d definitely return here again. I really liked the interior, too. Had mango sticky rice for dessert. The dessert here wasnā€™t as good as the food. Iā€™m usually not a big fan of dessert at Vietnamese/Thai spots so it wasnā€™t a big deal to me at all.

Been here 3x and love the Vietnamese dishes! From vermicelli to pho, quality and quantity are great. Tried some of their Thai dishes as well including papaya salad and curries, but I felt the Vietnamese items stood out more. The decor is very tastefully done, great spot for date night or just a treat yourself. Manager Minh is very friendly and helpful. They only opened earlier this year and are definitely a hidden gem in the neighborhood.

We went last night thu, 2/1/24. There was one couple there and another couple that came in shortly after us. And 1 guy who sat at the bar. Our server was attentive. We ordered and it took a lot longer than we felt it should have with them being rather slow. When we got our food it was very fresh and tasted good. While we were eating the couple that came in after us were leaving. Which then we realized we must have been forgotten about somehow. We were offered a complimentary drink refresh before we got our food. We declined. And then later realized that was probably why we were offered the 2nd round. And the only other thing we felt was very odd is the bar had Fox News on (not local fox). I found this surprising being it was in a very, very liberal neighborhood. It was off putting tbh. I never went to the place when it was GP but my boyfriend said the inside is a huge upgrade now and very nice. And yes it is very cozy and can be a great place for a nice dinner date. Hopefully next time everything will...

Found our new Sunday spot!! Chris the bartender was super friendly. We got a Mezcal Paloma and Purple Negroni which were executed perfectly. He also had great recommendations and knowledge of the menu. Levon was behind the bar also and made a great Paloma!

We went for Happy Hour (best prices in Dallas) and will be repeat guests every week now! Best seared dumplings I have EVER HAD! Crab spring rolls were perfectly brown and finished with chicken wings and green curry. All perfect!!

Wanted to posted pictures and realized I scarfed it down...
