Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Dallas

My husband and I walked in on one employee trying to intimidate and humiliate the another employee right in front of the cash register. It was a bald tall, thicker African American guy and a slender white guy. Another employee took our order as they continued to disagree in front of us and another employee, which was very, VERY uncomfortable for us and I could tell the way the other family looked at me they were feeling the same way too. If this wasn’t bad enough, all the other employees with the exception of one went to the back to (I assume) talk about the drama that just unfolded. No one made our sandwiches. Another employee had just come off lunch break and asked me to tell him what had just happened, not concerned but with a smile on his face; it was entertaining to him. Very disappointed with the level of professionalism from everyone that was working here tonight. This was 11/21.

Edit: The only people in the store that were even remotely professional were the young man with the dreads and colored contacts who took our order and remained calm and nice the whole time and the young lady with the dyed red hair who was left alone to man the register AND make every customers sandwich while the rest were in the back talking or just standing around watching her. Come to find out the dispute was over a supposed stolen drink. A drink. The tall bald employee who was making everyone uncomfortable went outside to change shirts and then came back in and just hung out behind the counter and the two employees confined to egg each other on. I love Jimmy Johns, can't recommend this location. Went this past Sunday around 11:30am to grab a couple of sandwiches to-go and had to wait 28 minutes. Only 2 tables were seated when I walked in, and one table was ordering in front of me. They never said it was going to take that long, and never once during the wait suggested it would be a few minutes. Really poor communication. Once I got home it was pretty evident this was not bread baked that morning, it was dry and hard as a rock.

Fast-forward to today. I placed an order for delivery at 6:26pm. It's not 7:34pm and it still hasn't arrived. Unfortunately this is the least "freaky fast" Jimmy Johns location I have ever experienced.

Leaving one star due to lack of quality, service and speed.

UPDATE: Called about 5 minutes after leaving this review. Turns out they hadn't even started making it! 70 minutes after placing the order. I had to call THEM to get that information because no one called me as a courtesy. It's a real shame this...

Order Mediterranean wrap feast with drink, pita chips and hummus for myself $14.50 and then a garlic parmesan wrap for my boyfriend for around $13. They forgot the chips, hummus and my boyfriend’s dressing that was supposed to come on the side with the garlic parm wrap. My wrap was also supposed to have feta and it didn’t. We called and they said we could come get it, obviously we didn’t want to drive all the way back up there over their mistake, we were hungry. So then the manager said she would give us a credit on our jimmy John’s account and I never received it. Pretty sure she just told us what we wanted to hear to get us off the phone. Won’t be returning. We’ve ordered from here a lot and the only time our order comes out right is when we are there to correct them. We spent $30 plus tipped the driver who checked us out at the front. The wraps were also disgusting I don’t know what it was about the shredded chicken but it did not taste...
