Staff is inattentive and rude in the drive thru. I asked for a small iced coffee, and as the lady at the window handed me my food, I noticed a hot coffee in her hand, so I said, "I'm sorry, but that should be an iced coffee." She immediately snapped back with, "well that's not on the receipt!" like I was accusing her of something. I said, "ok, but I ordered an iced coffee." She continued with the attitude, "well what kind of iced coffee do you want?" I told her to forget it and left. I don't appreciate being spoken to like I'm the one causing an inconvenience.
This comes after a slew of other visits where I ordered iced coffee and tried to get them to use less cream to no avail. The problem is they dump half a cow's worth of cream to the point where it's hardly more coffee than it is milk. I would say "less cream" or "very light cream," and then there would be a pause and a nervous "...ok," and it would come out looking and tasting the exact same. On the recent visit referenced in the first paragraph, I actually said, "small iced coffee, no cream or sugar," and got the same awkward and confused silence, then they tried to give me a hot coffee as I mentioned. The people taking the orders are often extremely inconsistent when it comes to understanding the orders with a customer-centric focus, and the people who are responsible for getting your order right at the 2nd window are rude and dismissive rather than polite and courteous. What's more, the young lady at the 1st window who took my payment said, "You had the sausage mcmuffin with hash browns and a coffee, right?" to which I said, "Yes," because I thought she was just making sure the order lined up with the right customer. I didn't think to ask her if she was tracking iced instead of hot for the coffee. Should I have?

Read moreFood was ok...The ladies up front drive-thru lady very quick very professional Miss Rosalinda she was good however the lady on on drive-thru was working the drive-thru and she is waiting on the food pushing it out correcting orders and I go there every day and they need to get those people in the back and be like 20 people in the back that that's fixing food in the lines be wrapped around the building we're going to have to do better... oh yeah and Ramos he was okay he was pretty cool but he should have took control as the shift manager and made them boys in the back stop playing and get those orders out and they in and make sure that they were fixing correctly as I stated the lady on drive to was correcting the orders as they were making them so that she could get her food but that overall the people are really nice and it's just that we need to get the people in the back that's making the food they going to have to be faster undalay underlay underlay

So he went back to mcdonalds to get this fixed, he got his top bun and the bacon but then again they forget to put cheese on my sandwich so he goes back around through the drive thur to get this fixed he tells them he just passed through and again they messed up our order and forgot to put cheese on my sandwich. They never apologized for the mixed up and the manager did nothing to make the situation better. All she said was that it would be 40 cents for cheese....He told them either you put cheese on the sandwich or you give me all my money back. After all that trouble we finally got what we ordered.
