Last night I ordered food for my family, 8 people. Waited for order, thought I counted correctly, took the order home and they forgot two orders. My son-in-law called them letting them know and the gal apologized and said they would fix it and give us something for free. Ok no problem, I'll go back out in the pouring rain and get my grandson's food. Pull up in the drive thru where the gal stated she never charged me for his plate. She went over the order and stated I had ordered yakisoba and some other noodles. I stated I only ordered one order of yakisoba. She preceded to argue with me for 5 mins. At that time I said forget it just give me my missed orders. She stated she would have to charge me a CD did I still want the order? Umm, yes my grandson is hungry. Worst customer service and food ever. The sweet and sour chicken was so hard my grandson couldn't even eat it. The teriyaki chicken bowl was not even teriyaki and the other kids couldn't eat it. The fact that I spent 100.00 on dinner, they messed up the order causing me to miss being able to eat with my family, basically called me a liar, made me go back into the rain, no apology and the free item was burnt pot stickers, I will never go back again and will tell everyone I know to...
Read moreToday was our first time we came to this restaurant and to be honest, it was super disappointing. The young rude kid with no manners didn’t even acknowledge us when we came in. He didn’t even ask what we wanted we had to get our own cups for our fountain drinks as did the one other couple that was there eating. One of the people in the couple eating there waited to get a drink cup and silverware and never got helped which the lady actually went around the front desk and grabbed their own silverware. As she came back to her table she said he’s just on his phone which she was talking about the rude employee at the front. It seemed like the employee was more worried about not messing up his blond highlights and being on his phone than being a great employee. As a business owner it’s really sad to see these things happening in our small great Dallas community. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place shuts down with the service they have. We defenitely won’t be going back ever. To the people who own this restaurant, get some people who care about your guests and care about your...
Read moreI love the Love Love in Salem, they are reasonably priced and have pretty good food. I tried this one thinking it would be the same, it was not. My tempura was half cooked. There is nothing worse than biting into a piece of broccoli and and end up with a mouthful of raw batter. My guess is that it wasn't cooked long enough or they just put way too much batter on. Either way it wasn't a pleasant experience. The edamame I ordered was bland and tasted like mush because they were overcooked and not salted. Thee only decent thing I had was the tofu Udo. My SO also did not care for this place at all, we won't be going back. I gave it two stars because the family running it seems like nice people, but the food just wasn't good and it was very over priced. We spent 40.00 on two meals with a side of edamame and vegetable tempura. I will say that the tempura sauce was...
