I had one of the most unprofessional and degrading experiences at this location. On August 7th, around 2:28 PM CST, I pulled through the drive-thru and placed an order they never even asked for my name. I was told to park and wait, which I did, for over 45 minutes in 100-degree Texas heat.
After calling the store to check in, I was told someone would bring the order out. When Kelcy (the store manager) finally did come out with two other team members, one famine young man the behavior was not only dismissive but also disrespectful and offensive.
Kelcy looked at me and said, “You just sitting in your car” and referred to me as a boy. This was not only unprofessional it was discriminatory and demeaning. I’m an adult and a paying customer. No manager should ever speak that way to any guest.
Adding to that, the young Spanish male employee who came outside with her made an inappropriate remark saying, “I’m irritated like a female.” That type of comment is gender insensitive and speaks to a lack of emotional maturity and training in handling public interactions.
At no point did anyone apologize for the delay, nor was there any sense of urgency or care. With an underlying health condition, being left in extreme heat was not only frustrating but unsafe. And still — not a word of concern.
The behavior displayed by Kelcy and her team — including gender-based comments, dismissiveness, and the way she referenced me was disrespectful, discriminatory, and flat-out unprofessional. It paints a very poor picture of Raising Cane’s culture and values.

This team does not need retraining — they need to be replaced.
The store management is a liability. If this is the representation of leadership at this location, then Raising Cane’s is not fostering a respectful or inclusive work environment.
This incident needs to be escalated to corporate. I am demanding a full investigation and a...
Read moreFirst, there was no Raising Cane greeting as they’re usually is in the drive-thru. The girl taking our order was kind of rude. She did not give me a chance to complete my order before interrupting. She also didn’t repeat that she acknowledged my change of the order and that was just placing the first meal. She was trying to give me the total before I was even done. I had not even ordered the second meal the raising Cane was not busy with a long líneas it usually is, it was only about 2 cars in front of us so I know she could not have been very busy at that time. Also, the chicken tenders look a lot smaller than they have before. raising Cane was always top of my list and it has dropped at least 2 to 3 down, which I feel bad for because their sauce is awesome back to the lady after we paid and got our meal From the window, I asked her if she was a person who took my order. I informed her that I was not trying to be rude and I don’t want to be rude but just wanted to inform her the way she took my order at the drive-through speaker she didnt seem to really care. All she said was well I’m busy. I’m doing many things and I do understand that but she should not have rushed everything and talk over me. She should have given the person a chance to speak or finish speaking before she jumps in to go into the next thing she didn’t seem to care she just had this face like oh well and I told her I just wanted to inform her of that because that does affect your store, but I think I may not go back to that one unless it’s an emergency raising Canes sorry it’s because of the customer service I received you should have nicer people and I expected the funny greeting as I always have and it always makes me laugh, and all I received was rudeness which made me up more...
Read moreI just experienced some of the worst customer experience in the drive thru. There was a long line of cars which was totally fine and the line didn't take as long as it looked. A lady named Rebecca (so it said on the reciept) took our order, and when we got to the window there was no greeting or goodbye. She handed me my card before just closing the window and walking away. I didn't know if she was getting more food , napkins, sauce or what. I didn't leave without checking my order/food and she reopened the window when she realized the line wasn't moving. she asked us if their is anything we needed. I said , "yes ma'am can we have some canes sauce please? " and she immediately said , "that will cost 40cents and you need to go to the back of the line because the line is stretching around the building. I completely understand what its like to be busy and overwhelmed but she had a disgusted tone in her voice, and the fact that she asked us if i needed anything and then just send me to the back of the line...? why even bother faking being polite if thats going to be...
