As someone who works in customer service and works in packing people’s online orders I am truly disappointed in salata. I placed my order online for delivery since I am having car problems and I am truly disappointed in what I received where are all my extras I payed for ? And where are most of toppings at ? I payed for extra pita strips and I didn’t know that consisted of three big pieces and a couple of broken pieces and not only did I pay for extra pita I payed for extra dressings as well and where are they ? Not with my order. Lastly half of toppings were missing I didn’t get my Parmesan cheese, apples, or my croutons and I checked to see if they were under the toppings they didn’t forget and they weren’t . This is so frustrating because this one isn’t even my go to salata but it’s the only one that offers delivery close to where I live. I called and requested to speak to the manager but he won’t be back till Monday so I left my contact information and I will be expecting that call on Monday. I will stick to going to the salata in Grand Prairie.

Well darn…. Let me start off by saying I absolutely love Salata! But this location for some reason always seems to find a way to ruin that. Weather it be me having to nearly beg for an extra scoop of corn or the staff just not understanding what I’m saying to them. I typically don’t leave reviews but this was the icing on the cake. Yesterday I went in for my lunch and asked for carrots and the lady put in cucumbers and when her co worker told her in Spanish I asked for carrots instead she corrected it by just picked out the cucumber leaving the residual taste in my lettuce not the end of the world, but finding a hair in my food definitely doesn’t allow me to comfortably eat my meal. I’ve been to quite a few locations with this one being the most convenient but this location doesn’t seem to stand up to the Salata standard I’ve seen elsewhere.

I really enjoyed this place: Yes, the price for the wrap in my opinion is over priced for the portion size (I can admit the salad went beyond my expectation). If your exploring options it’s better suited to enjoy a salad for the price. Of course it depends on the individual preparing your salad but if the business has a standard there should be no reason this options doesn’t surpass your experience.

The ingredients were fresh and the staff was friendly. (That's about as nice as I can be.)

Unfortunately, they weren't really practicing social distancing (the staff nor customers). I had to tell a customer that they were standing/moving too close to me, and the staff looked at me like I said something wrong. The staff didn't use the provided utensils in each topping bin; they just grabbed them with the gloves. (I have a shellfish allergy so that was definitely concerning.) There's this unspoken (but clearly felt) sense of urgency with making the salads and wraps, but there's a huge bottleneck towards the register that slows things down. (I came on the weekend, so time didn't seem to be a big deal to me.) So I waited to pick toppings and protein based on the "stand here" circles, but the staff made impatient faces and noises at me because I'm the one following CDC guidelines and NOT them. The icing on the experience was the staff removing their masks at the drink station when getting drinks for themselves, and that solidified that location getting a 1-star review from me.

I will not be returning to this location. I'm a big fan of Salata, but this one did not meet expectations at all....

The staff only gave you a pinch of topings as you requested throughout the line on both occasions i was here. Lady had very small hands and both times would use 2 or 3 fingers to grab the toppings. I had repeat wanting more on each topping as she never put anything in the bowl, literally 4 spliced pieces of black olives. Clearly she didnt want to have to refill a food item on the tray after 40-50 customers, i guess she fills them at start of the day and is too lazy to do it again. The process was dragged out because i had to tell her to go back each time and add more. She also didnt offer bread, nuts, orif i would like to purchase a drink (both times i visited). The toppings she was going scarce on are extremely cheap, but apprently not as cheap as her. Been to probably 10 different Salata locations, never had this issue, but happened here both times. Wont be back here again, save your $11, and go somewhere else or a different location, you only get half of what you pay for, half a plastic green box of food. Just shocked it happened twice, clearly not a mistake, greedy owner or management or...

I became accustomed to ordering from another Salata location when I used to work near Preston Center, so I was excited to see this one opening. I've now been 3 times, and have had poor experiences each time. The first time I ordered two salads to go. Both were $10, but one was literally twice the size of the other, and one was DRENCHED in dressing and the other had barely a bit. The second and third times I ordered and paid online. When I arrived to pick up my order, it wasn't yet prepared, and I was basically put to the back of the line while they made my salads. What is the point of ordering online if I still have to wait? All three times, every salad that I ordered had several ingredients we didn't ask for, and lacked ingredients we did request. I speak Spanish, but I still find it frustrating that the only person here who speaks Engliish is the manager, a small, younger guy who's always wearing a suit. This makes it difficult to get an order corrected. Eatzi's is the same price and worlds better, and several other restaurants nearby serve killer salads = I'm never going to...
