Today was honestly the most disappointing visit I’ve ever had at this location. The service was awful. I waited over 20 minutes for just one drink, and there were only a couple of people ahead of me. That’s completely unacceptable.
I’m assuming the woman with the black apron was the manager (the girl with the butterfly clip said her name was Melissa). If that’s the manager, that explains a lot.
Melissa just stood there most of the time while her team struggled. Instead of jumping in to help, she was chatting with the tall guy behind the counter, who was working at his own slow pace and clearly distracted. The other girl was running around doing everything by herself, trying to get orders out while the other two just stood there. It honestly felt so unfair to her, she was the only one actually trying to keep things moving.
What’s worse is that there was zero teamwork and absolutely no leadership. The place felt completely disorganized. At one point, Melissa literally walked out and left both employees alone while there were still customers waiting. Everyone was frustrated, and she didn’t even bother to acknowledge anyone before leaving.

I asked the lady if my drink was still in the container because I think it was made and taken.. she says are you trying to get it now , I just smiled and she said well your not getting it now you see everyone is waiting , I responded back I didn’t say I needed it now but I have been waiting 45 min and it wasn’t a mobile order I literally ordered at the counter and she has such bad manners and disrespect that she said well you’re not getting it now. Literally left crying after the way I was treated at this place. My friends were asking what was going on so they waited another 15 min for my drink because that women was so mean I couldn’t even be around there it was embarrassing how disrespectful that she was to me that tears literally fell from my face, especially since all, I was trying to do a show her the love of Christ. I mean come on not once did I get an attitude with you not once did I say anything disrespectful to you cause I knew that you were frustrated and yet I still got attitude and disrespect !!! Read moreFine experience, but requiring Starbucks credit for ordering ahead highly complicates my business travel expenses and is foolish and unnecessary. Why would you force people ordering ahead to only do it by purchasing Starbucks credit? I used Starbucks across the United States, and this is the only time I’ve been required and it will cost me extra time when I account for things because the $6.30 I spent on coffee will not match the predetermined amount I charged on my card ($15 or whatever amount it was). Now I need two separate receipts, and I have to manually go in and account for all of this, and I’ll have to continue doing that until I use up that credit. What a headache.
