Lady at the front is incredibly rude. I walked in with my kids and politely asked if we could shop there, even though we were not staying at the hotel. She responded with, “well, it’s a store isn’t it?” My kids and i proceeded to walk around and look. I was looking at clothing when she came up to me and asked what I was looking at. I responded with, “I’m needing a size small.” She stopped me and said, “well, let me do it” (mind you, I’m 35 and had been refolding every shirt I looked at.) She gestured as if she didn’t want me touching anything else and says, “I don’t have smalls left.” I got the vibe that she did not want us in the store. I made my girls put their items back, my son had a hat he was already ready to pay for, otherwise I wouldn’t have spent a penny...
