I visited this restaurant and I am completely shocked . I HAVE TO DENOUNCE AND REPORT YOUR EMPLOYEE DERRICK W. What a horrible and abusive person!

As I was ordering, he interrupted me several times and said "What else? What else you want?". Also, when I asked for a Diet MtnDew and he said "TOP RIGHT CORNER OF THE MENU" and I said "I don´t know what you mean by that" - he responded "HONEY, LOOK AT THE TOP RIGHT CORNER FOR THE DRINKS". I mentioned that there is a logo for Diet Mtn Dew but he insisted on being rude by saying "JUST PEPSI AND PEPPER PRODUCTS". When I got to the window, this guy had asked if I wanted a cup carrier - I assume the person that was ordering thought he was talking to her because he said "I AM NOT TALKING TO YOU, IM TALKING TO THE PERSON IN FRONT OF ME". This is absolutely horrible. With $18.61 I could have gone somewhere else and be treated right. I urge management to investigate what his issue is. This is unbelievable. We ordered some large combo boxes to go for our staff as we cleaned the rooftop of Parkland hospital nearby. The orders were correct every time and the staff was very inviting and helpful.

I highly recommend stopping in for some tacos if you got to feed a large crew like we did. We were able to feed our crew of seven hard laborers for about 60 bucks. Not bad if you ask me and our crew enjoyed them just as much.

So if you ever in the medical district area or over on West mockingbird and I would definitely recommend stopping in at this Taco Bell. Probably one of the best ones around Dallas.

We have eaten quite a few fast food joints and this one is one of the best.

In general the products are consistent and served up quickly. However if they get busy, the get 'in the weeds' really quickly. It took me 23 minutes to get my food ordered in the drive-thru due to the 11 cars ahead of me. But hey, I was really craving taco-bell. I mean you can use the Taco Bell app, but if there is a long wait, by the time you get to the window, it seems like my order would be cold. Additionally if you request a modification at any Taco Bell, but especially this one, you should always check your order before leaving the window.More than 2/3 of the time, they have to redo it. And what the heck Taco Bell Corporate, what happened to the Pintos & Cheese? I've been ordering that product for over a decade now. But the past few months, they're more like Cheese & something pureed and brown. Unless the overall taste and consistency is radically changed, I'm going to stop ordering one of my favorite sides.
