The Crescent Club — Restaurant in Dallas

The valet system is almost enough to not go back. I was with a client that commented that it was a little difficult to navigate the valets between the Crescent court and the hotel and The Valet responded "life is difficult get over it". I don't believe the Crescent, being as dated as it is, and with much newer upscale competition has room for anything other than superior service, in all areas, with high-end clientele. Maybe this could fly when you were the only game around your area but you definitely are not. And for anyone that would defend the Crescent saying that a valet is not representative of the Crescent as a whole, then you don't understand the hospitality industry.
