A Hidden Gem in Uptown: Pure Bliss at ZaSpa Dallas
ZaSpa Dallas is an oasis of calm nestled in the heart of the city, and from the moment you walk in, it’s clear this isn’t just any spa — it’s a sanctuary curated with heart, intention, and exceptional service.
What truly sets ZaSpa apart is the warm, welcoming presence of spa manager Carol. From the first interaction, she made me feel like a VIP guest. Her genuine passion for wellness and hospitality shines through in every detail, from the spa’s soothing ambiance to the thoughtfully selected treatments and attentive team.
I chose the “split decision” Massage, and it was nothing short of transformative. My therapist, Shakira, was incredibly intuitive, tailoring the session to exactly what my body needed. Every movement was purposeful, and the use of inspired essential oils added a deeply grounding element to the experience.
The facilities at ZaSpa are immaculate — quiet, beautifully designed, and effortlessly relaxing. After my treatment, I spent some time in the relaxation lounge sipping on herbal tea and feeling completely renewed.
Carol’s hospitality shined even higher when we were caught in a Texas Thunderstorm, and my pool sun was canceled. She made all efforts to welcome me back to the spa for the afternoon and offered I “make myself at home” until my departure time. She went above and beyond to ensure I left feeling not just pampered, but truly cared for. Her warmth and professionalism elevate the entire experience.
Whether you’re a local or just visiting Dallas, ZaSpa is a must-visit destination for luxury and wellness. I left feeling restored in every way and already can’t wait to return.
Rating: 5/5 – Exceptional in every sense. Ask for Carol and Shakira, both a...
Read moreI booked this hoping it would be more of a spa experience and I was disappointed. I had a deep tissue massage and while it was relaxing, it really wasn't deep tissue and was more of a swedish style. I brought a bag and was hoping to utilize typical spa facilities such as a steam sauna or whirlpool tub/ pool/ etc. and was disappointed to find that the ZaSpa offered none of those options. They don't even allow you to use the hotel pool despite paying $350 for a spa treatment which is actually more than the cost of one night as a hotel guest. Additionally, I planned to shower and get ready for my day following the use of the spa and there was one shower, one toilet (that the staff also used so it was fairly busy in and out) and only two sinks in the ladies locker area. It was tiny and not very spa like in terms of amenities. For example, the blow dryer was old and tired and didn't put out much air or heat so it took me twice as long to blow dry my hair. If someone is staying in the hotel, I would think a massage would be nice and then return to your own room to shower and get dressed. However, I was staying elsewhere so I was really wanting a true...

The staff was A-mazing…..from Lou and the mature gentleman (sorry I didn’t get his name) that helped us with our are car for valet. To the sweet young lady at ZaSpa hostess/check out stand but the young lady that takes the top it all….My massage therapist “Adream” was an absolute dream…I did not want to leave. She was polite, respectful, and the pressure of the massage was everything!!
Since it was first time there, she explained the service again to make sure I knew what I was getting, which I greatly appreciate. I did not want to leave and again everytime I visit Dallas I will return and ask for Adream!!
But thank you all for the top notch hospitality from the moment we arrived! It’s great to still see kindness in the world! Highly recommend this...
