Today, on Friday October 9th, I ordered my food and by the time I got to the window and received my food I noticed that some of the food I had ordered was missing. I told the lady at the window that some of my food was missing and she replied with "well you didn't pay for it". I told her that I ordered it and I didn't get it and she said the same thing. I repeated myself, and so did she. I then told her that it's fine, I'll pay for it, but I did order it. She randomly left and got who I assume was the manager. I told him what I told the lady and he said exactly what she said. Finally he went and got my missing food which came out to be $5.75. Due to the fact there were cars behind me I gave $6. I handed over the $6 to the mamager and the lady said "have a good night". I asked "can I have my change?". When I asked this question the manager who took the money from me came back, picked up the $6 (I guess to prove his point or something) and said "I can't give you change because I cannot touch money because I'm dealing with food". So I searched for 75 cents, quite confused, and handed it over to the lady and asked for my dollar back. She handed the dollar over and as I was leaving she said in a loud sigh, "Oh my god". 20 minutes later I got home and took a sip of my milkshake and it literally tastes like what I imagine nail polish removal would taste like. I am very disappointed in the customer service and food service of this McDonald's. I am going back there tomorrow with my receipt and milkshake in hand and ask for one of two things, either a new milkshake, or my money back. Then I'm going to take my business elsewhere and never go back. This is not the first time they have messed up on my orders and have been...
Read moreOrdered food on the app and then my husband and I ended up adding to our order. We live an hour away from that location so I figured we would either be able to get our money back or get the order back from a different location. Whoever the lady is a supervisor and gets in at 10am on a monday (12/9) morning is very rude. I had called the day before because they forgot to give an item to my order. The guy that I spoke to that night had told me there was no supervisor/manager working so I would need to call in the morning. He was very nice and and apologized for what happend and said that he would make the order if we wanted to pick it up. We live and hour away so I told him that it would just be inconvenient and if we could get our money back. Well, I call in the morning and whoever I spoke to said that the supervisor wasnt in. Right when it hit 10am the lady gave the phone to the “supervisor” who informed me that I HAD to pick up the item that I was missing at their location and she will not be giving me back our money. Sooo…are you telling me that McDonalds is just gonna steal from me when I dont receive the service that I paid for? Good think I have friends in that area to pick up what THEY forgot to put in my order. Atleast a friend will be able to have dinner. Absolutely terrible “supervisor.” When I also informed the lady who would pick up the order I said Tina and when she said Leana I had corrected her and said “oh no its Tina, t-i-n-a” and her response was “you dont have to do that I know how to spell” well if you knew how to listen I didnt said the name you repeated to me. 2-stars mainly for the guy that I spoke to yesterday night who couldn’t help me but at least he knows what good...

You guys messed up my order with a small fry for a medium meal. When I ask for a correction your staff tried to shame me for wanting the correct service. I know this because I work at a drive thru myself and know the attitude I was given. When I got to the window, a staff member shortly asked for the fry bag back, not once to see the bag, but twice, the second time taking the fries away as if to deny me...dude.. and also checked my reciept on top of it all AFTER taking the fries back, it was at that point to give me a hard time. After establishing that they gave me the wrong fry and it's their fault, at the second window now, the same person came around from the first window to complete the shaming. She said, "yeah, the next time you get the wrong order, don't eat the fries" and walked off back to her first window post. So you want every fry accounted for?? The whole staff seemed fine with this attitude too, even the manager.
Do you people realize fries cost Mcdonalds pennies, but your attitude cost the company thousands from losing just one customer over time? Pennies vs. thousands in business.
I live in customer service at Starbucks every day, and not only was this one of the worst experiences I've ever been treated to, it was the worst experience I've witnessed from my knowledge of working drive thru. It was like I'm the POS for not accepting the wrong order. McDonalds, this whole event took place on September 19th around 9:00PM at this location. Whoever had a register at the first window during this time is...
