Panda Express — Restaurant in Dania Beach

Visited this panda express number 3293 at 903 and 27 seconds PM on 3 18 24, which was a Monday night. Picked up a chow-maine bowL with honey walnut shrimp, later at 5:23AM the following morning There was an attempt to charge my card Nineteen dollars and eighty five cents From a company I never heard of nor ever done business with called RAKQUE. I Googld them to find out that this a very active SCAMM Operation.

I suspect that someone at this Panda Restaurant.Swipe my card information and try to use it later on that night.Which would be that early morning? That is my suspicion, Because this is the first time something like this has ever happened shortly after I use my card at this restaurant.

I'm at the restaurant now.Getting ready to go speak to the management. I'll let you know how it turns out.

I just spoke with the management a Mr. Alex. I am so satisfied with his response because he was concerned and he took the time to listen to what I had to he took my information down and made a copy of the receipt so he can investigate it. You can't ask for more than that. Oh! And he gave me a coupon for my trouble.

I had a fantastic experience at the Panda Express located in Dania Pointe, Florida. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor, exactly what you’d hope for when craving delicious Chinese-American cuisine. What truly made my visit stand out, though, was the exceptional customer service. I want to give a special shout-out to Rosalinda and Liz two of the best employees I’ve encountered anywhere. They were both incredibly friendly, always smiling, and went above and beyond to make sure every customer felt welcome and well taken care of. Their positive energy and professionalism really made my day. One suggestion that could make the experience even better and potentially boost midweek traffic is offering a Free Drink Day on a slower day like Wednesday or during a typically low-sale day idk. It would be a great incentive for regular customers to stop by more often and could attract new guests looking for a good deal. The food was ready by the time I arrived in Drive thru window.

Must have on steam tables and serve like a buffet with each order.

Certainly not made to order.

The side of chow main tasted like cardboard.

The spring rolls tasteless.

Returned to drive thru to replace the chow main.

Asked for fresh greens as replacement.

Drove away and started earned and came upon mushy old broccoli.

Returned to drive thru.

Asked for manager.

He replaced the FRESH greens in 30 seconds with uncooked Kale and bleached out broccoli.

I barely ate my entree of sesame honey sesame chicken and orange chicken and Honey shrimp.

I had stomach ache pretty quickly.

When I was looking for utensils I found a unwrapped fork inside the to go container.

I believe utensils should not be touching the food after employee touched it.

Been in the food industry for 40 years.

Will never go back.

The only reason is I was craving Chinese and I found drive thru near me.
