1 STAR RATING FOR THE HORRIBLE SERVICE(MONDAY CLOSING CREW) I RECIEVED AFTER WAITING FOR OVER 30+ MINS FOR 6 COOKIES AND COOKIE DOUGH THAT WAS THEN THROWN AT ME ON THE COUNTER BY HISPANIC WORKER WITH EXTREME ATTITUDE FOR HAVING TO DO HER JOB EVEN WHEN I SPOKE WITH RESPECT (i wish i knew her name in order to report her). i ordered for pickup, i arrived and even made the line even though all pickup orders wait on the side. i made the line to let them know i was here. caucasion girl in the front told me to please wait on the side and we will call your name. i asked twice and she said yes we will call your name. as im waiting for over 20 mins im noticing a numberous amount of other customers that arrived after i did recieving their orders and im still waitingfor mine. so i kindly asked if they had called my name yet in case i missed it and the hispanic woker tells me i need to click “im here” on app in order for her to start my order and then walks away. she walks away before i can even let her know that on my app it does not give me that option, it only lets me put if i have recieved my order already or not. after another 10-15 minutes i see her completing other big orders assuming one of them could possibly be mine but she continues taking care of the new customers walking in and i am still standing there being ignored. as she gets close to me i make it known that i do not have that option on app and the caucasion girl at the front told me to wait here and thats what ive been doing.if i had not spoken up she would have had me standing there until closing waiting for my order. with extreme attitude she goes to then complete my order and also PURPOSELY GETS MY ORDER WRONG AND DOESNT INFORM ME OF IT. I GUESS THEY RAN OUT OF COOKIES I ORDERED AND SHE JUST GAVE ME WAHT SHE FELT LIKE GIVING ME INSTEAD OF ASKING ME???? as she then gives me the cookies with an ugly look on her face i let her know my order is still not complete because i had also ordered a bag of cookie dough. she then gets the cookie dough and THROWS it at me on the counter and walks away. all this attitude for what? when im the one waiting for over 30 mins and purposely being ignored because i even informed you the first time?? im sorry for asking you to do your job??? 1 STAR RATING FOR THE HORRIBLE ATTITUDE & HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR A NEW CUSTOMER THAT NEVER EVEN HAD...

I’ve been a big fan of crumbl cookies but recently over the last few weeks the quality has gone downhill majorly. This week hit a new low as far as quality goes. I tried the lemon bar cookie, the peanut butter featuring muddy buddies, the carrot cake, the cookies and cream and the original sugar they have every week. The lemon bar was the only one I actually enjoyed. Very nice lemon flavor and decently moist cookie. The sugar cookie was probably the next best, but again, it wasn’t the same as last time I had it. More amoretto taste and also dry this time. It seems as Crumbl’s bake on the cookies, specifically at this location, varies a lot week to week. One week you will get a cookie that is very moist and almost underbaked, the next week you will feel like you’re chomping on sand as you struggle through your bite. Third was the cookies and cream, but the cookie was crying for more icing given its level of dryness. A little more icing would have changed this cookie completely. The Oreos tasted soggy and almost stale as if they were sitting in their supply cabinet, open and unsealed, since last time they had an Oreo cookie on their menu. For the peanut butter cookie, the cookie itself was good when warmed, but the chocolate on top tasted absolutely horrid. Honestly, it tasted like the chocolate came out of the back of a cupboard from the 1900’s. I really do not have any other description besides almost rotten. Lastly, the carrot cake cookie. The cookie itself was subpar and lacked any type of carrot cake taste.. the cream cheese icing made me sick to my stomach, and the pecans that were on top were very very stale. They tasted a mix between freezer burnt and rancid. All in all, let’s just say my toilet is not happy from me trying these. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I placed a gift delivery order through the Crumbl app. Their delivery person never notified the recipient and left a box of cookies and ice cream sitting on the ground and just left! Did not ring the doorbell, knock, on the door, NOTHING! My friend later found the cookies on her doorstep infested with ants and the 4 pints of ice cream melted! we called the store and the manager said she had no authority to offer customer service, that we need to speak to the owner. We contacted the owner, which was USELESS! She NEVER offered to replace the ant infested, melted items. IN FACT, she said I would have to place a new order if I wanted my friends birthday gift replaced! ARE! YOU! KIDDING! ME! Oh, she did offer to credit my account which has yet to be done 9 DAYS LATER!!! Absolutely disgusting, I cannot even call it customer service! I wonder what their corporate office will think of this? Their lack of customer service is appalling! NEVER AGAIN!!! And, by the way, you can all thank me because they did us all a a favor!
