Item was shown on their website in a lovely shade of turquoise, which is what I believed I was ordering when I ordered "ocean." I called the store to check on the garment measurements, then ordered the shirt. When it arrived it was an entirely different shade of blue from what was shown on line. When I called to discuss this, the owner insisted he'd told me the turquoise was out of stock, but in reality we had never discussed color, we had only discussed sizing. He kept insisting he'd told me the turquoise color was out of stock, but as I didn't even know it had ever come in another color I would never have even asked about that, and if he had said so, I would have asked about what the available color actually was. None of this color conversation took place. The item was marked final sale, and he refused any accomodation, insisting I had gotten a good price, end of discussion. I was there a few weeks ago and Jay helped me to find some wonderful items. I was in town for a wedding (not mine) and needed a shawl that went with my dress and with his help I found not only that but also the perfect bracelet.
