Oh my goodness!!! I came with my boyfriend and we, honestly, aren’t the biggest fans of boba. WELL, we were pleasantly surprised-they offering Chai Tea (a favorite) and my boyfriend got the strawberry milk and we were so pleasantly surprised. Everything was great. Louisa was sweet when she took out order, made sure the order was correct and was a pleasant demeanor and warm welcome. Everything here was so fun. Each wall was a little different-several photo opp spots, even the hall to go to the bathroom, and the bathroom itself. Everything was super clean! The restaurant itself was full and a smaller space, there are some patio spots as well! Definitely a great work from coffee shop place. They sell coffee there and some other merch. The story behind how they opened is super sweet—a travel nurse that wanted to bring back a social environment back to her community. Absolutely go for the drinks or just a super cute pink pic.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rebel Tea House, and I must say, it was a delightful boba experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the tea house. The rustic yet modern decor, with comfortable seating and soothing music, set the perfect backdrop for what was to come.

As a boba enthusiast, I'm always on the lookout for unique and high-quality drinks, and Rebel Tea House did not disappoint. Their menu offered a wide variety of options, from classic milk teas to innovative fruit-infused creations. After much contemplation, I decided to try their signature drink, the "Rebel's Bliss," and that's where Luca comes into the picture.

Luca, the friendly and knowledgeable barista, took my order with a warm smile. His passion for tea and boba was evident as he patiently explained the ingredients and preparation process of the Rebel's Bliss. It was a blend of premium black tea, house-made honey syrup, and fresh boba pearls. Luca's attention to detail and dedication to his craft were truly commendable.

When my drink arrived, I was immediately struck by its presentation. The Rebel's Bliss was served in a beautifully crafted glass, topped with a creamy layer of milk foam and garnished with a drizzle of honey. The boba pearls were perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of chewiness, and the black tea had a robust flavor that was perfectly balanced by the sweetness of the honey syrup.

I took my first sip, and it was nothing short of heavenly. The flavors melded together harmoniously, creating a delightful blend of tea and sweetness. Luca had indeed created a masterpiece with the Rebel's Bliss. As I enjoyed my boba, Luca and I engaged in a friendly conversation about tea, boba trends, and the art of crafting the perfect drink. His passion for what he does was infectious, making my visit all the more enjoyable.

In conclusion, my visit to Rebel Tea House was a memorable one, thanks in large part to Luca's expertise and the exceptional boba drink he prepared for me. If you're a boba lover looking for a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch drinks, I highly recommend visiting Rebel Tea House. Luca and his team are sure to make your experience just as...

THEY DO NOT CLEAN PRODUCTS BETWEEN MAKING DRINKS!!!! which is VERY unsanitary!!!!! Honestly I really liked coming here until Today……The customer service that I received was terrible, even though it did not start off that way. The lady who took my order was very nice! However once it was time for me to get my order is when I had problems! I noticed they had 2 pink matcha sets out that they use to make drinks (it was right in the edge where customers pick up their drinks) I asked the barista with purple hair (I think her name is Sam) if they sell the sets she responded rudely and said that’s what we use to make our matcha which didn’t answer my question so I let it go. One set was clean and the other had clearly been used because I could see the green residue around the bowl. The same barista then picked up that used bowl and proceeded to make more matcha without rinsing cleaning or anything….. I noticed it was for my drink so before she poured the matcha into the drink I asked if that was mine which she confirmed it was. Then I asked if she could remake the matcha since the bowl she used was dirty and already used. Her response to me was all I made was matcha in here…. I simply asked again that she clean the bowl and remake the matcha which it crazy because I had to ask twice….. She finally started to remake the drink. I asked her what her name was which she told me Sam (I think) then I asked her manager’s name which she responded rudely why he’s in the back….. I told her to go get him. I explained to him what was happening and all he had to say was okay sorry about that as if what the Barista did was not a problem. I then asked for my refund, I did not take the drink and will...

I am a delivery person who has successfully delivered thousands of orders to my customers with friendliness and integrity. Most establishments treat me well while others treat me as an afterthought:⁹ they don't see me or want to help me. This location falls into the "others" category. I have picked up orders from here a few times before and each time fell into the "others" category. This recent trip was no exception. Upon arrival, I patiently waited for someone to acknowledge me and determine how I can be helped. It took awhile because the employees conversation was more important than my standing in plain sight for assistance? One person finally asked if I was picking up something in a tone that seemed to be irritated that I was even there. He told me it would be 3-5 minutes more. Then I watched how the employees catered to customers without melanin: totally different energy and excitement. Two employees even passed by me to wait on the customers without speaking to me. The experience didn't set well with me so I happily proceeded to deliver the order. Employees must realize the value in ALL customers for one never knows how connected a customer may be and we are the reason they have a job. Personally, I will never patronize this business and urge people I know to find a similar business to spend their dollars. I will not pick up any further orders from this business as I shouldn't have to be exposed to an environment of employees who are inept at recognizing my value and treating me...
