Dunkin' — Restaurant in Deerfield Township

2nd time Having one of the worst coffees I have ever had. I go here only because it’s close to my work. The first time I had a terrible latte and it tasted bitter and burnt assumed it was because they had a newer person working there and it was busy. Stayed away for a few weeks. Co worker who sits next to me proceeds to go one day and says hers is terrible and the same way mine was and I’m like yep that place was bad when I went. So I go this morning and again the newer person is making mine. I don’t blame the new people because listen we all have to start somewhere but these people obviously aren’t sampling this coffee because it’s TERRIBLE . It’s almost undrinkable. Also why would you ask a new person to make coffees during morning rush? I realize they need to learn but why not during a slower time ? I was there for like 10- 15 minutes waiting for the new person to learn on my coffee when I’m on my way to work and then it’s almost 5$ and it’s awful. I don’t know why... but this Dunkin is better than ALL OF THEM!! I am a regular customer for over 2 years, I go here every morning before work and without fail their drinks are consistent and delicious. I get an iced Carmel macchiato. The employees here are so kind, remember your name, help with ordering and it’s FAST. I have always been in and out of the drive thru in under 5 mins. They go the extra mile every day. I’ve tried new items and they always recommend the best flavors and choices. From small notes on my cup, to asking how my weekend went, they have never once fallen short on service. I’m still learning everyone’s name but seriously...you guys rock!! I would drive out of my way for this location and the team here. When I am on my way to work, they have honestly made my day better more times than I can count. Keep it up! Y’all...

Terrible! The “children” running this location are far from professional. A young lady (brown hair) and young man (red hair) spent the entire time I was in the shop yelling, making weird animals noises, talking very poorly of their manager in an inappropriate way. I had to wait a good min before either would stop playing and take my order. At one point while waiting on my drink, they were playing around to the point that I had to tell them to please focus on my drink order and not each other. The girl then slides my drink across the counter and doesn’t say a word. When I asked if it was my drink she said YEEEaah, and rolled her eyes.
