Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in DeLand

I was so disappointed, disrespected by these people, that I will never use Domino's pizza again. There is not room here to tell of my disgust with how I was treated. I ordered (#1381225) a pizza at 3:55 pm, it said the order was "EST order ready 4:11 pm". I was informed via the app that Joey, the driver was at my place around 4:30 pm. No Pizza, so I called the store, trying to find out where my Pizza was. Mind you, Domino's has delivered to me a few times before. The fellow I spoke with told me that the driver couldn't find me and another driver would bring my Pizza right out. I asked to speak with a manager and never was allowed to. To shorten this story, bottom line, my Pizza came at approximately 5:40, cold and all messed up in the box. I called, trying to complain and was hung up on. The Phone# you have for me is incorrect and your app. won't let me change it. I received no response from Domino's, no good by, no boo,, no apology, no go to hell, no nothing. Before I ever use Domino's again, this must be rectified. I have already shared this with the motorcycle club that I am a chaplain with. Remember bikers stick together and we are having a patch made saying boycott Domino's. There is more to this than a cold Pizza and I plan on a campaign to boycott Domino's nation wide. Horrible experience last night, tracker said order left at 1207, I called 1251 to see what happened we still hadn’t gotten it and I was concerned about it being cold and not fresh which was completely ignored by the female manager who answered my call, just kept saying everything was out and the tracker was having issues (if they were aware the tracker was having issues then they should already be aware of an influx of call ins with concerns or questions and have more patience and understanding) when I again tried to ask for specifics on my order and confirmed my address she said my order was delivered cash with tip, I said no it wasn’t I paid card and tipped on that. I asked For refund or remake but she said no they’re closed have a good night and hung up. When I tried calling back she picked up and hung up. I ordered a bbq chicken pizza for pick-up and when I opened the box at home it was buffalo chicken. I double checked the receipt and it said bbq so they just made the wrong one in a hurry and gave it to me. I called to see if i could bring it back tomorrow for an exchange because it was 930 and they close at 10pm. They said i had to come now and I said "I cant come back now and im not eating buffalo chicken. Can u deliver the bbq and I will give u the buffalo pizza and $5 for the delivery fee?" The first guy said no but the manager said yes and they brought the bbq pizza. However, 3/4 of the toppings were in the left corner of the box in a pile and the pizza was just the crust that was uncut and im scared to eat it because it looks like this pizza was in a food fight and so im just out my money.
