If I could give DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go more stars, I would need a constellation named after them! This place is not just a restaurant; it's a divine portal to the gastronomical universe, where dreams come true, and taste buds ascend to a higher plane of existence.
Let's start with the pasta - it's as if angels themselves descend from the heavens to craft these delicate, hand-made wonders. Each noodle is like a ribbon of pure love, cooked to absolute perfection, with that ideal al dente bite that sends shivers down your spine.
And then, there are the sauces! Oh, the sauces! They're like liquid poetry, creating symphonies of flavor with every twirl of your fork. I lost count of the number of sauces available, each more tantalizing than the last. The options are so extensive that you'll need to visit again and again just to sample them all. But trust me, that's not a problem; it's a delicious journey!
Now, let's talk about those meatballs - moist, succulent, and packed with flavors that could make a grown chef cry tears of joy. They are the very essence of perfection. I suspect they're made from a secret family recipe passed down through generations because you simply can't create meatballs this heavenly by accident.
And the tiramisu, my oh my! I could write an epic poem about it. It's like a cloud of sweetness, a kiss of coffee, and a hug of mascarpone cheese all in one. Just one bite and I was transported to the rolling hills of Italy, with the sun on my face and an orchestra of taste sensations dancing on my tongue.
And as if the food itself wasn't enough, there's David, the owner. He's not just the man behind this culinary masterpiece; he's a maestro, a pasta virtuoso. David's kindness and warmth are as impressive as his pasta, making you feel like you're not just a customer but an honored guest in his home.
In a world of culinary delights, DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go stands tall, waving its saucy flag of excellence. It's an experience you won't soon forget, an adventure for your taste buds, and a journey of flavors that will leave you craving for more. Bravo, DalMoros! You've won my heart, and I'll keep coming back for more...
Read moreThis is definitely not for people that like food with Flavor.
The pasta is extremely bland and tasteless. The inside is super small which was kinda annoying. They would do better just having a location with a walk up window. It didn’t look at all how it did on social media. The only good thing that I would have to say was that the workers were very nice and the lemon sorbet was the only reason that I wanted to come back. It was delicious !
I ordered the bolognese pasta the first time which was pretty good , and I tried One of their new pastas with mortadella , truffle cheese and pistachio. It just left me wanting more. There was hardly any Mortadella in it and the pasta was very dry. Even the breadstick was stale and dry.
Then, when I came back today for the second time, I tried the same Bolognese pasta and it was horrible !
The pasta looked completely different. It had no red color at all. It was like a pale pink color. I kept pulling out big flat pieces of meat that almost looked like a chopped up hamburger patty. The container and bag were so greasy that I had grease all over my legs. Then when I tried the Mama Rosa pasta with chicken and that was horrible as well.
So it’s safe to say that they aren’t very consistent with how they make the food.
They definitely need to get some new cooks to replace whoever made the food today but the lemon sorbet was absolutely refreshing and delicious. If I did go back, it would only be to get the sorbet. I’ll pass on the food. I’m pretty sure there’s plenty of other places in the area to get a...
Read moreI work at a near by restaurant and attempted to order some food for pick up on Saturday, key word attempted. The initial time I walked in I tried paying cash, which they do not accept and had to return with a credit card. When I returned and paid the second time, as I was exiting an employee slammed the front door so hard I got clipped in the shoulder by a piece of wood that was covering a panel of wires above the door that fell from the vibration. When I said something to the girl behind the counter she just gave me a blank stare and I just left having to return to work and would be back shortly to pick up my food.
I return about 20 minutes later to pick up my food lone behold another employee had “run my food over” to my job even though when I ordered they had not taken my name or any information. When I get back to my job and about 30 minutes of talking to every employee attempting to track down my food, we discovered your employee just acuctioned my food off to some random blonde at my hostess stand, resulting in my food getting stolen. WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. When I come back and asked for a refund they said they were unable to even give me a refund. I’ve never had a resturant literally give my food away to someone random person then not give me my money back. I can’t wait to campaign how horrible this place to every guest I get the...
