I’ll never return after the awful customer service my husband and I experienced. We always walk past this place because it’s usually empty, but one day we decided to give it a shot.

They offer a wide variety of flavors, and like at any gelato shop, sampling a few before choosing is pretty standard. My husband and I each tried a couple of flavors, but the woman behind the counter (who I’m not sure was the owner or just an employee) was noticeably rude from the start. Despite the store being completely empty, she acted like we were holding up a line and seemed visibly annoyed.

When we asked to try one or two more, she snapped and said, “It’s a two-sample limit.” That would’ve been helpful to know upfront, but more importantly, the way it was said was unnecessarily harsh. Most gelato spots I've been to allow more flexibility with samples, especially when there are over 10 flavors to choose from.

The banana gelato itself was good-I’ll give them that. But the poor attitude and lack of basic customer service ruined the experience. We’ll be sticking to the shop across the street that’s always busy, generous with samples, and kind to...

I went to a Gelato Go 10 years ago at Ocean Drive, in Miami Beach. It was simply amazing. I never forgot how good the Gelato was.

I was happy to visit another location of Gelato Go.

The Gelato itself was very very good. I had the unfortunate idea of ordering a Pistachio Milk shake because I used to have one from a different place in Brazil, which was like having a big cup of very thick, but creamy Gelato.

The Gelato milk shake on Gelato go was not very well mixed and had way too much milk. It made it taste too much like milk. It was very far from a bad shake It was very good, but it could be much better.

My group ordered a Dulche de Leite and Oreo cookie and cream on a Cone.

The Dulche de leite was very good, but according to my son the oreo cookie had almost no cookie on it.

But the problem was that the Cones were mushy. Very bad.

My rating should have been lower, but I trust that these things are easy to improve and correct. And I hope it does.
