So I just went here and ordered same drink I order at other Starbucks in town and even other Starbucks I’ve visited out of town, and was charged over $4 more than usual. I asked about it at the window and she told me it’s bc the other Starbucks are “ringing me up incorrectly” which to me you don’t need to down other people when someone is questioning you. Then she just got more rude and said “if you can’t afford it let me know so we can stop making it and don’t waste product because it’s expensive. Starbucks please do better! I keep trying yall again to continually regret it! This is the pecan crunch I was charged $2.80 for! 🤦🏽‍♀️

Leaving 2 stars cause this has nothing to do with this specific Starbucks, they provide good service and move swiftly and some even remember my name because of my regular order.... today I tried two different things.. NO WHERE does it say that this chicken sandwich is a ground soggy patty, and it isn't even shaped like the one in the photo at all. I've had better chicken at an elementary school. False advertising and totally over priced. The other one was the bacon cheddar crossaint, and was so dry I had to chase it. So bad dude. I honestly want a refund

I had a tall cold brew coffee with non dairy vanilla sweet cream cold foam. It was ALL ICE, I finished my cold brew in three sips and that said. I paid a lot of money to buy just a lot of ices. So disappointing. When we buy a hot coffee, you give the all full cup of coffee but cold brew they sell the ice. How many shots do you guys put in it? You should give us the ice separate from the coffee. That is not fair. That is a rob in our face. Never again. 👎🏼

If I could rate lower I would I literally get the same drinks everyday for at least 6 years I went to this location only because rayzor ranch was out of blonde roast my drink was half empty , the employee said they changed the rules , "OK can u fill my drinks for today and I won't be back " CINDY the manager comes and tells me that yes they have changed the rules , well if I can order my drink off the menu and on the app why do I need to order as a signature drink ? I pay the extra for the add one I ask for ? Horrible horrible customer service not only was cindy very rude she had a very poor attitude if u hate ur job quit ! No need in starting everyone else's day bad :( they would have been better staying at the other location if they lost all there good staff these people are...

Unfortunately the last five or six times that I have come to this location they've been out of a ton of stuff and the cashiers act like they don't know what's going on. The mobile app was not working this morning so I walked in of course they were out of the drink I wanted as usual LOL so I started to make a different order I wanted to use my points for the discounted drink. So they scan my gift card take the money off of that card and then turn around and say that I still owe $6 in like 50 cents so I didn't actually get one of the drinks for free like I was supposed to. The lady manager did absolutely nothing to fix it she didn't even try. She tried to tell me that the prices went up but couldn't explain to me why I was paying five more dollars than I was...

This particular Starbucks is not a cozy place to go and sit. The floor is dirty from many coffee buyers dripping, on the way out the door. (As well as the outside concrete) The glass doors have a lot of hand prints as well. I sat outside with my soggy breakfast sandwich, the tables were so dirty I went inside to ask for a little water to clean. They said they would send somebody out which they did not. I took a napkin to the bathroom, got some water wiped my own table. Then I noticed inside someone was cleaning the tables. Big space and everything they received from the delivery truck just sat inside the front door. Last time I’ll go there. But they seem to be serving a lot of coffee through the drive-through. Maybe that’s why housekeeping...
