Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Denver

Super unfortunate experience:/ We placed our order for delivery and gave the building code. The driver arrives, gets into the building and calls to ask how to get to our unit from the lobby, we give more detailed directions and said to call if they still have no luck. 30 minutes go by and when I call the number back it goes to the store, they say to wait a few and call back because the manager was busy and the driver was not available. So, we went walking through the lobby and neighboring floors but no luck finding the driver or the order. I then call back and get who I believe is the manager, he puts me on hold for 7 minutes to try and locate the driver, which I understood. However, When he gets back on the call, he sates that he cannot reach the driver and he can't do anything until he talks to him since people call often trying to get free food he needs both sides. I stayed if I wanted free food I would have asked for money back or another order the first time I called but I was simply trying to figure out if he was still lost or what was happening. He then stated "maybe he left it in the lobby and someone else took it, I don't know. But I can't figure it out until I get his side." He also stated the driver had come back with no pizza (making him believe he did in fact leave the pizza with us and we are not being truthful) and that he was already out for another delivery. Super confused and offended he insinuated that we were being deceitful, I did ask for a refund even though he stated it would take up to 7 days. I'm super disappointed because I just wanted to see if I could help locate the driver who I had spoken to. I hope communion improves for...

Pizza and prices are fine across the board, but this is the second time something like this has happened to me there. I live less than 5 minutes from this location so I always opt to order online and pick up. This last time I, placed my order at around 8:00 waited 15 minutes before leaving, got there in about 4 minutes, saw my name on the, ready to pick up screen and said I'm here to pick up. They asked my name and told me it'd be ready in just a moment. In the span of thirty minutes of waiting, three other customers had picked up their orders, and my food had been asked about by the staff three different times. After the third time I could hear them talking about my order and how no one had made it yet. When I saw and heard that they were just barely going to start my order, I asked them, "is that my pizza you're just now making?" To which they replied, yes. They then asked if I would be okay waiting another 10 minutes. If I had agreed to wait that extra ten minutes, I would have been waiting in that lobby for close to 40 minutes, close to an hour from the time when I placed the order. Thankfully I had chosen to pay with cash at the store and they had not accepted payment yet so I was able to just say no and leave, after they canceled the order. The worst part about it was that they never even apologized for their screw up. I ordered two pizzas at 8:02pm for my work crew and their kids and the app predicted that it would take 52-62 minutes. After an hour and a half went by with no pizza, I gave them a call. I was rudely informed that the app clearly told me that it would be an hour and 45 minutes for delivery and I was wrong. I clarified that the app had said an hour and confirmed that I would be willing to wait another 15 minutes to get food. After another 20 minutes went by with no pizza I called again to cancel my order. The woman informed me that now my pizza was definitely on the way and asked if I was willing to wait. Since I now had one child asleep, another so hungry that he claimed he would never eat dominoes again, and four hungry adults who had been waiting significant time I again confirmed I would like to cancel the order. I was not offered any kind of discount or apologies for this extremely slow delivery time. I am extremely unhappy and will not be ordering from this dominoes again.
