Onefold — Restaurant in Denver

*LACKING CUSTOMER SERVICE does anyone train employees anymore on this? I am giving the service a 1 rating because today i called in an order for pickup, after i let them know what i wanted, they just hung up on me, so i was left confused, are they putting the order in?? I called back and asked what the total was and when it would be ready, the girl who answered acted like i was inconveniencing her by asking these questions they should have answered vs just hanging up on me.

I go to the location to pick up the order, the last time I went to pickup they told me not to stand in the line but to go to the side counter for food pickup, so this time I walk to the side they previously told me to go to for pick-ups. The guy started to ask me what the name was and the girl turned around and told me to step back and go wait in the waiting area and she would bring me my stuff. I stared at her confused again, because she didnt even give me enough time to tell the guy my name for the pickup order, and i said do you know what you are bringing me, rudley she snapped back and said your drinks! For starters, i did not order ANY drinks. So they continue to ask me what my order was, i stepped back cause it was quite obvious she did not want me at the side counter. She then proceeds to say i didnt order from them. I corrected them via phone TWICE as to what my name is, so when picking up, they couldnt locate it cause they never corrected the name.

End of rant, It really sucks to know that this place that i have been coming to for the past year has hired such rude people. It is quite sad that customer service isnt their top priority.

But the food, still great! Props to the chef! Though, I may give them another chance just because the food is good, but as of right now, i could care less to return to...

If you like being insulted, then go to this place. I ordered take out breakfast for my family on the way to Elitches, when we got there my husband and I decided we wanted caffeine so we got in line and ordered a couple of drinks. The kids complained they were hungry while we were waiting for the drinks so we sat down at one of the tables (the place was not packed at all so there were plenty of tables available. Also, they are counter service so people just sit wherever).

Anyway, we are sitting there taking bites of our food while we wait for our drinks and the person behind the counter goes through the trouble of coming over and telling us that if we order to go it has to be to go and points at the door. My jaw was on the floor! I just spent over 80 bucks for breakfast basically got kicked out of the place. Surreal! I had cash on me which I intended to leave at the table as a tip for making their table dirty, I have worked in the service industry for years, I can’t imagine ever making a paying customer not only feel unwelcome but actually point them towards the door. I wanted to vomit my food right there. It’s not like we were seating at their tables eating McDonald’s, we were eating the food we just paid for. Btw, my children are 7 and 9 which is why most of the reason why I didn’t want to make them wait any longer. The employee just kicked my young family out of the restaurant. I didn’t leave her the cash, I just booked it out of there intending to never come back.

Food was solid. A little too salty and bacon a bit mushy. The one on 18th makes better food. My 9 year old loves their breakfast burritos and it was her birthday so she chose where we’d go for breakfast before heading to the park. I still can’t believe how we...

Went for lunch on a weekday and finding a parking spot was difficult. No wait, seated immediately and place was at about 50% capacity.

Had the : Breakfast Burrito Loco Moco Green Chili and to-go: Chili Relleno

All were 👍

Still my favorite Loco Moco. The Chili Relleno gets high marks, specially the Mexican rice that comes with it.

Will be back for more of my favorites there (Fried Rice with either bacon or Chinese Sausage).

One slight downer was their House Coffee. I could be wrong but, it was not as good as it was. Maybe (?), they changed brands?

Still, deserving of 5⭐ in my book and remains a favorite breakfast go-to.

ORIGINAL / 1st Review: Location: Downtown Denver, not really in Union Station but within the vicinity. Actual location is ground floor of the Pullman (bldg.).

Street/metered parking. Visited on a Monday, before noon so no parking problem.

The place is so much bigger and therefore felt a lot airier than the (original) OneFold on 18th.

There is even another entrance fitted with a ramp, easier accessibility as needed.

Ordered: (for dine-in) Chinese Sausage Fried Rice Croissant Sandwich (To-go) Bacon Fried Rice Loco Moco

No scrimping on the Chinese sausage and you'll 🥰 it!

As expected, was delicious. Serving portion 👍....more than enough to fill me up.

Everything we got was 👍! Enjoyed our take-home as well!

Service was very pleasant, friendly and quick!
