Delicious!!! Hands down, 美味しい!! My sons got spicy miso ramen and tempura udon, I ordered umami yakisoba( it could be different name..), all tasted OMG delicious. Our lunch altogether was less than $ 45, reasonable at this era, and great volume!! The employees were caring and patient. I had my 1 year old also, they were very patient with her and I felt no pressure, I got not even one look while she was getting a bit wild and screaming. They had a couple of high chairs, (clean) and the dining area is spacious. They made my lunch with my kiddos stress free, delicious and relaxing! I had to go to the consulate of general today with my kiddos. I drove long to get there, I was frustrated. I was expecting to go to some fast food drive- through to fill my boys stomach... Yuck but I'm so glad that I stopped by this restaurant with my wild kiddos instead. I thank them so much and I recommend anyone, even a frustrated mom with wild and hungry kids, to run here for great Japanese foods. Umami yakisoba was...

It was very filling and delivered more than advertised on the menu. It unexpectedly came with a shumai, which was tasty. The tempura had two generous pieces of shrimp and many varied veggies. Everything else was fantastic and as expected from the menu.
Atmosphere: The decor and layout even felt more like somewhere in japan (despite being bigger than most places you would find there). The radio was just playing a local pop station, which was a reduction to the atmosphere, and I had to hear radio ads occasionally.
Service: Arriving a bit after 11, we were probably the first to be seated for the day. We both ordered large set meals with varied items, so I would expect service to take longer. Others who arrived closer to noon had their food out quickly and were treated kindly as regulars. Refills on the tea were attentive enough for me.

Read moreFirst time and my last time ordering from this place. I ordered spicy miso ramen, tempura udon, nabeyaki udon, karraage, and korokke to be delivered.
To start, all three noodle dish came with the broth already mixed in...why? So naturally, noodles have soaked up all the broth by the time it got to our dinner table. Plus, it simply tasted far from a good miso ramen. If youre going to ruin the noodles, at least make it flavorful. The only thing editable was the extra slice of pork I added to the ramen.
Then the Udon noodles. The broth tasted like watered down soy sauce. It's suspicious to think there was even any fish broth in there. Either way they just added soy sauce just to make it taste like something. Noodles werent bad but it was nothing more than a basic store bought flavor. Karraage (fried chicken), the last thing I expected to be disappointed by, was undercooked.
But all wasn't a lost cause. I enjoyed the tempura that came with my Udon and the...
