Service was horrible. I'd give it no stars if I could. I'm from New Orleans and I know what hospitality is and how to show it.

The waitress was completely oblivious to her tables. She came and introduced her self once and it was underwhelming, the only thing I remember about her is her shoes were off white/dirty with the cheetah print on the tongue and the top part of the shoe. When she came and got our order the first time, no introduction just a hey and what can I get. We got 2 beers 2 waters and nachos. Well it took 15 min for the nachos to come out and we didn't get our drinks not even the waters. They came after the nachos, The nachos were lukewarm and soggy. It was disappointing but I mean the service explained why. The cheetah print shoe waitress never came to see if we were okay or asked if we needed anything, the time she did come we put our orders in to get entrees and more alcohol, that took another 20 min to get her attention, she came and took it and we got a basic classic burger with fries and a steak burger with a side salad. The food came and it was all dissatifying and sub par. Once the food came cheetah print girl never came to ask how food was or if we need more drinks. My side salad never came, cheetah print girl never came back and when I finally got her attention, I exoamined to her that we are ready for the check and I never got my side sald and I didn't want it anymore. She replied well you prepaid already so you have to get it if it's made, I'm Ike if it's made why it's not her and she left to check it and came back in a to go box. WHO BRINGS A SIDE SALAD TO GO. I thought a side salad came before the entree. 🤷🏻‍♂️ idk. The fact yall charged me for it and gave it to me as I was leaving. pathetic!!! I hope by now you realized I didn't tip and I'm a big tipper in my home town and anywhere I go, being in a hospitality industry respect go's a long way and pays even better. What happened if I was a celebrity and got this service and blasted all on my social media the terrible service I got from cheetah print shoe girl. Since I'm a regular person I guess good service is hard to come by. Even in a pandemic courtesy can be used, don't try to use an excuse saying we were really busy that nigbt on 3/20/21 because the moment you walk into the establishment a big sign on the bulletin board by hostess table say this establishment is only sitting 100 persons indoor when clearly this wasn't the case, there was more than 100 ppl sitting on the inside. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE, WAITRESS WAS WORST. The only cool thing about this bar is The Name Stoney Grill and the saints flag inside the establishment.

Stoney’s is the perfect spot to watch sports, enjoy delicious food, and hang out with friends or family. It’s a spacious venue with a variety of activities to keep everyone entertained. There’s a patio, a bar top, pinball, skee ball, and arcade games. And guess what? It’s also a KU bar, so you can cheer on the Jayhawks while you sip on a drink. ROCK CHALK JAYHAWK! 🦅

The chorizo nachos are a must-try. They’re absolutely delicious and topped with queso. The new menu item, the Oaxaca cheese quesadilla with chiltepin salsa, is also worth trying. It came out hot and tasted amazing, it would be good with chicken added too. The cheese is rich and flavorful, and the salsa is a great complement.

Wing Wednesday is a great deal. You get eight wings to start, and then five per order after that (doesn’t include fries). There are a variety of wing sauce choices to choose from, including Stoney’s Original dry rub, Cajun dry rub, Buffalo, garlic Parmesan, BBQ, mango habanero, XXX, smokin garlic, spicy honey, Nashville hot, and spicy pineapple express.

Our server was Jenn and rocked it. Every staff member I saw was incredibly friendly and attentive. The manager Magdalena was particularly kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, Stoney’s is a fantastic place to spend a night out. If you’re in the Denver area, you definitely should check it out!

We went to Happy Hour here tonight, and should have walked out as soon as we walked in. The host greeted us and we asked if we could sit at the bar, which we did. The bartender was talking to other staff members at the counter, with NO other customers at that bar. She didn't even acknowledge us until we decided to move to a different bar, and barely even then. We finally got someone at the back bar to take our order for happy hour, but had to keep getting their attention to get another drink, order more food, etc. We asked twice for ketchup, but were ignored, so we finally went to another table to get it. We finally found a non-empty ketchup bottle at the 3rd table. The bartenders didnt wven notice, as they also continued to stand around and just talk to other staff members at the counter.

When we went to close out, the bartender didn't show us an itemized bill, just asked us to enter the tip on the machine. Our bill was at least $25 more than it should have been! When we asked for an itemized bill, we saw they charged us full price for the happy hour items, apparently because we stayed 30min past happy hour, even though we ordered the drinks during happy hour. NOT a $90 experience. Oh, and I got home and discovered I had gum on the back of my brand new pants, from the chair I sat in at the bar...disgusting!
