Wendy's — Restaurant in Denver

Used to be my favorite Wendy's. They recently went downhill. Get my orders wrong. Went last night and let me tell you, probably never go back again.

Location has 2 ways to get to drive through and some people take the back way. Me and my friend saw the line going out of the back way so we joined the line from the back way. Line moved forward and someone pulled up from the other way. No big deal right? Except they tried to cut us off. No, we were here first and we're on a work lunch. Limited time. They started yelling at us saying we're in the wrong and we just say that we're following the trend. Line was out the back. Yelling continues. Eventually fight breaks out.

What do the employees do? Tell us that we're in the wrong, the line doesn't go that way and tell us to leave. Even though the person that was before us came the same way, even though we were there a good 2-3 minutes before them, even though on the daily I'm sure that happens minimum 20 times a day. If that's the case? Block that entrance then.

And I understand being told to leave. Just got in a fight. But what about the other car? They were in the fight too. They're fine. They stayed and...

I received the WORST SERVICE EVER HERE.!! Went thru drive thru waited 20 mins heard the attendant say it would be a long wait due to large order in drive thru so we went inside which I was already reluctant to do but because I have a 2 yr old to feed we stood at the counter while the cashier Byron talked about being a sex phone operator with a customer. Mind you nobody took our order as we stood at the counter for 15 mins while multiple employees stared at us. I was talking to my son the entire time telling him we were waiting to order because he was getting ansy as more employees starred. Once we decided to leave my son started crying because he couldn't receive any food, upon leaving then restraunt the drive thru attendant yells out the window and asks if anyone helped us I then responded "No, nobody helped us" got in my vehicle and left because I was so upset I was in tears especially seeing my son so upset and crying about not eating his favorite food,...

Normally I really don't have anything negative to say about this location. But today gave me a totally different outlook. I had to look up reviews and see if I am the only person who was given nasty service. Man a secret shopper need to visit this location and there need to be some customer service training. I even said hello, and thank you. Not a single word back, but what do you want? I made my order. Not that will be $7.01, but instead "$7.01"!. Get to the window, I get the look as if we are enemies, never seen this girl in my life. Was handed my food, I say "thank you". Not a word back. This will give a customer a feeling of (did you do something to my food) this is NOT COOL! and I hope management take these reviews serious enough to put a foot down!
