I only had the beer, so maybe the food is where the real magic happens. But the beer lineup didn’t really do it for me. Everything felt a little too safe. It seems like the Panhandle isn’t exactly bursting with craft beer experimentation, so I was still glad to find a brewery to check out.
That said, I kept thinking where’s the fun or uniqueness? Give me a blood orange wit, a key lime kölsch, a coconut cream ale, sea salt lime lager, etc. Instead, it was habanero beer, a few standard IPAs, and a few mild blonde ales.
